Marilyn PR helped us with PPC and social media marketing. They worked on our paid campaigns, social media activity, and the planning around both.

One thing I liked was that they took some time to understand the business before getting too far into the work. We were able to explain what we do, who we work with, and what we were trying to achieve, and they used that when putting the campaigns together.

There was also a fair amount of back and forth, which I actually found helpful. If we didn't like something or wanted to change the direction, we could tell them and they would make the changes without making it a big issue.

We saw an improvement in our online visibility and engagement, and our marketing became much more consistent than it had been before.

They were good about keeping us updated and responding when we had questions. If we needed something changed, we could usually get a response pretty quickly.

There was some back and forth during the project, which is normal with this kind of work, but they were easy to deal with. They also stayed on top of deadlines and didn't need us constantly checking in on them.

The biggest thing for me was that they actually took the time to understand our business. We're in financial services and technology, so there are things that need to be explained properly. I didn't feel like they were just using the same approach they use for every client.

The team was also easy to talk to. If we had a question or didn't agree with something, we could say so and work through it with them.

I think they could have given us more advice around where we could cut costs without hurting the campaigns. That would have been useful, especially when looking at the advertising spend.

Other than that, we were happy with the work and found the team easy to work with.

We brought Marilyn PR in to help us run an influencer marketing campaign and get our brand in front of a wider audience. We wanted to try a different approach to reaching consumers rather than relying only on our existing marketing channels. Their team helped with the planning and influencer selection, coordinated the content, and handled the advertising side of the campaign. They also managed the reporting and kept us updated as the campaign progressed. There was some back and forth in the beginning while we worked through the type of influencers that made sense for us, but the team was receptive to our feedback and adjusted their approach. Once we were aligned on what we wanted, the campaign moved along well.

Once we were on the same page, they were very reliable with the work and deadlines.

The influencer vetting and selection could have been a little stronger at the beginning. We had to give the team some additional direction around the type of creators we were looking for. Once we provided that feedback, though, they adjusted and the quality of the matches improved.
