Mantis brought their knowledge of cutting edge NLP research to build a production grade machine learning pipeline that takes the input of a user's voice and outputs a subsequent action in the VR simulation. They continue to subsequently refine and mature the pipeline, and work closely with our internal ML team to deliver these objectives.

I liked that they didn't try to sell us into a follow-up proposal but were very honest in their communications with us. This increased my confidence in them & the approach to their work. In general I would recommend that all developers / consultants run through some form of "onboarding process". 

I could sense the difference in seniority between different contacts we had and the more junior colleagues were sometimes fast to give advice where it would have needed more questions to really understand the problem.
