I’m the founder and former owner of an e-commerce company. I had a webshop that specialized in selling blue light filter glasses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Manify Agency?

I had no experience owning a web shop or marketing, particularly social media marketing (SMM). I had two choices: I could either find everything out myself, potentially spending a lot of time and money, or get help from an agency. I chose the latter.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Manify Agency provided digital marketing for me. First, I shared my business plan and what I wanted to focus on. From there, the team advised me on the budget, the focus on the campaigns, and marketing content. They also provided consultancy on developing the website and what to put on it. 

The team made a marketing plan to identify our target audience and the content we would use. They provided the ideas, and I created the content, which I then delivered to them. They gave me feedback on the types of images and settings to use. With that content, Manify Agency created the ads. They did A/B testing with the different apps we were running to determine which types of content worked. The team then managed ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Manify Agency was very helpful and understanding. Their campaigns did fairly well considering the market and the project’s scope in the first few months. Unfortunately, I had to close my company, but that was no fault of theirs. 

How did Manify Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed above expectations when it came to project management. They met deadlines, and we had meetings with a clear structure once or twice a week. We also met outside those planned meetings to discuss anything I wanted; I could contact them 24/7, and they would answer. As for tools, we used Zoom and Google Meet. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The cooperation between us went really smoothly. Manify Agency made me feel like a partner and led me throughout the process. Their communication, transparency, and way of working were really impressive. Moreover, they were quick at creating ads after I delivered content to them. Their professionalism was also outstanding. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Although everyone can always improve something, my overall experience with them was great, so I don’t have any constructive feedback.

I am the CEO of a network organization called MeerBusiness. We organize events and write newsletters for entrepreneurs so they can come together and connect.

Some of the primary goals that we have in our partnership with Manify Agency are making sure that we are getting our name out there, engaging with people, and expanding our reach. In order to do that, they collect data to narrow down where we should be putting our focus and how to get the most out of our partnerships and keep people happy. 

They’ve been assisting us in a lot of different areas like social media and the hashtags that we use, improving and updating our website, and SEO development. They’ve also been focusing on our reach on LinkedIn with AI possibilities to find the right clients, sales automation, and email marketing.

Our company is located in Amsterdam, and I think I heard about them online or in a meeting. A lot of marketing agencies don’t always deliver on what they promise, and the first time we met with Manify Agency they were prepared and brought ideas and tips.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When we first started with Manify Agency, we had a big networking event that we only had six weeks to organize. We measured the success of the event by how many people were buying tickets, and because of the sales automation, more than 400 people showed up and the event was fully booked.  

So far our website traffic has increased by 25%, and our newsletter readership has increased by 10%. 

How did Manify Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Before we get into the office and begin any project, we are always brainstorming in a group chat with Manify Agency. If we’re on the same page about something we’ll meet and kick off the project by setting goals and building off of the ideas that we came up with. 

After the project is finished, we have an evaluation of what went well and what could have gone better, which makes our company feel heard. 

We use WhatsApp, Zoom, Google Teams, and phone calls to communicate. We also meet in person with Manify Agency. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

One of the things that we find the most impressive about Manify Agency is their transparency and dedication to the work. They’re creative and they work intensively to help you reach your goals. It’s almost like they’re working at your company with how much they want to help.

They work after 5 p.m. and are always responsive and willing to answer questions. They’re also transparent about where your money is going and what you’re getting in return. They’re always proactive and constantly coming to us with new ideas. They deliver quickly and are professional every step of the way. 

We’ve been so happy with the work that they have done so far that we’ve invited them to some of our events so they can promote themselves. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t come up with anything. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Set your goals upfront and know who you want your platform to reach. It’s fine if you don’t have anything when you show up, but it’s good to brainstorm before you walk in. Make appointments every two or three weeks so you can discuss the project, and always keep in mind what is going well and what you need to improve upon looking forward. Make sure that you’re keeping an eye on what your goals are.

Since I run a freelance company, it's easier to see the impact Manify Agency is having. I wouldn’t be able to reach the number of leads Manify Agency has been able to without them. My ROI is very high — I’ve gotten €20,000–€22,000 (approximately $20,000– $22,000 USD) in revenue from my investment in this partnership.

The entire project is animated, so I don’t have to worry about Manify Agency meeting deadlines. They stick to whatever our timelines are. We sometimes have in-person meetings, and outside of that, we communicate through phone calls. Our formal agreements are sent through emails.

The number of leads that Manify Agency has generated for me is amazing. They’re easily reaching hundreds of leads for me. They’ve quickly increased my sales.

Manify Agency handles our LinkedIn marketing efforts. They’ve set up an automatic algorithm running on our LinkedIn account that connects us with all sorts of people with high positions in organizations that we want to do business with. Basically, anything we post on our account will generate engagement from those people. We’ve decided to run their algorithm for six months, so we’re constantly reviewing the performance. They’re also continuously improving the algorithm to ensure better results.

On a daily basis, we’re getting about 10–20 connections on LinkedIn. We’ve also been having conversations with some of these connections, which is a good sign of success for us.

They’ve done a good job of meeting deadlines, sticking to our budget, and communicating with us. Most of the communication is done face-to-face and sometimes through Zoom, WhatsApp, and phone calls.

At the beginning of our engagement, they said that they would be able to get us concrete prospects within a few weeks. Unfortunately, achieving this has proven to be quite difficult, which is not entirely their fault.

Be extremely specific with what you want and how you want to achieve it. Also, do a quantitative result-based evaluation to check if your project goals are being met.

What challenge were you trying to address with Manify Agency?

We hired them to create my LinkedIn profile, gain followers for it, and get meetings fixed through it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Manify Agency provides us with automated social media marketing (SMM) on my LinkedIn profile. They pull profiles and like their post to connect them to my account. After a few weeks, when they see the profiles are gaining interest in us, they send them a message using a bot. The message prompts people to contact us if they're interested in a green roof. 

If users accept the invitation, they get a follow-up message asking them if they're interested in a meeting. This way, we avoid cold-calling leads because they've already shown interest in our product. Once users start responding to the messages, I take over the conversation.

I found them through a wine seller who told me about their experience with Manify Agency. We set up a meeting, and they showed me what they could do, so we decided to give them a try.

We started working together in June 2022, and the engagement is ongoing. We have a six-month deal, and we'll decide if to expand the partnership at the end of that period.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Since we started working with Manify Agency, I’ve gained 300 extra connections on LinkedIn, and I’ve made seven appointments. There was a company I had tried connecting to and wasn’t responding. Then, Manify Agency reached out through LinkedIn, and now we have our first project with that company. The team ensures the leads are on my profile, which saves me lots of time.

The team has stayed within the budget, and we don’t have a target date for when to achieve certain milestones. Our communication is through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with Manify Agency’s super fast response time. Whenever I have a question or see something happening I want to know about, they respond within a minute.

They could be a little more specific with the target audience because sometimes they connect with people that aren’t entirely in our target group. For example, if we’re selling plants, it’s best to contact landscape architects, but it doesn’t make much sense to contact house architects. Therefore, they could define the target group exactly before starting.

We've dramatically reduced our Google cost-per-click with Agency Nirvana — our current PPC campaigns are ten times cheaper than before. Under our previous vendor, we were spending around €6 (approximately $7 USD) per click, but now we're at a mere €0.06 (approximately $0.06 USD) per click. We're saving thousands of euros a month with Agency Nirvana. 

How did Agency Nirvana perform from a project management standpoint?

Agency Nirvana sends their teammates on-site to help us set up campaigns, making communication very easy. We use Productive to manage the project and work in weekly sprints. We have regular meetings to discuss project results and our next steps. Each project phase lasts about a month, and they guide us through the entire process. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Agency Nirvana is proactive — they started our first project within the first half-hour of our partnership, and we had our first ad up and running within eight hours. Typically, we'd expect a two-month timeline for an ad campaign, but Agency Nirvana delivered immediately, even though we didn't provide a down payment for their services. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing for Agency Nirvana to improve.

I'd advise customers to trust Agency Nirvana and dive headfirst into the partnership. Customers shouldn't hesitate to have Agency Nirvana start with 3–4 ad channels across multiple platforms.
