We were looking to have a video made to help boost our visibility and brand awareness in the digital media space.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We discussed our brand message and what we wanted to happen to Mango Media through a meeting. They did everything from scriptwriting, choosing the music, and identifying the style of the video. The team also shot the video in my own studio, and they brought their equipment with them.

The video showcased our brand story and it featured me talking about my brand. Once we launch our new website, we’d post the video they created. They did product photography, too, and they’re now working on a video project for another product.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The video is beautifully done, and it causes people to want to watch it to the end. Due to that, our product began selling within 24 hours of the video being posted online. Additionally, the video introduction post on our Instagram is the most engaged post we’ve ever had. Mango Media has done an excellent job, and we will continue to partner with them on video projects.

How did Mango Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re professional, and they excel at what they do. On top of that, they're highly responsive, and they work quickly to deliver what they promise. We collaborate with them through email and calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve helped us convey our brand message in a simple yet beautiful way. They’ve also elevated our brand to a new level, highlighting the fact that we’re a high-end premium brand.

I am the Co-Founder of Chrome Vintage - a premium online vintage store that sells men and womens fashion wear. At Chrome Vintage, we repurpose used clothes and stylise them into fashionable looks for our customer-base across Ireland.

We hired Mango Media to develop a video that will be used for our relaunch this November. As a result of Covid-19, our company ceased trade, but as of November 2021, Chrome Vintage will be relaunching with new items and a new brand look. To assist in this relaunch, we contracted Mango Media to develop a video that would promote our campaign and help reach a greater target audience

We came across Mango Media on Clutch, and having seen that the company has worked with big fashion brands such as Gucci, we decided to opt for this agency as we felt that it was best fit for the video we wanted developed.

From start to finish, the video development process was very simple. I first reached out to Mango Media by leaving my name and email address in their website contact form, and within just a few hours, Sean from Mango Media emailed me. From there, I discussed my video needs over several conference calls with Sean and Robbie until they really understood my needs for this project. On the day of the shoot, everything was very straight-forward.

Sean and Robbie were highly professional, and frequently consulted with me to ensure that my immediate input was factored into the shooting process. This is something that I greatly appreciated, as it created a strong team dynamic between Chrome Vintage and Mango Media. Within days later, Sean and Robbie sent me the first cut of the video, and it looked absolutely great. I advised on several changes, and they had them complete within 24 hours upon request.

As mentioned previously, I worked with Sean and Robbie throughout all stages of this video's development. I found both individuals to be highly responsive to my needs, while also being incredibly flexible in facilitating the ins and outs of my content requirements.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Currently, this video has not been officially released, but having shown a number of colleagues, friends, and family members, the response received has been brilliant. I’m extremely excited for our relaunch this November to measure just how successful this video will be from a customer engagement and sales perspective.

The project management process was carried out with professionalism and ease. One element that stood out for me in particular was the communication process. Sean and Robbie’s flexibility to liaise via my preferred method of communication - WhatsApp - was highly appreciated, as it enabled prompt responses to any queries, comments, or requests I had, while also creating more of a team dynamic between their business and ours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Mango Media’s pricing strategy is what I found to be most impressive. Delivering an exceptional video at an affordable price is something I found to be extremely unique to this agency. Before I decided to work with Mango Media, I received several quotes from other agencies, which were more expensive with a seemingly lesser standard of video production.

However, pricing aside, I would highly recommend Mango Media, purely for their level of professionalism, customer-focus, and above all else, stellar standard of video production.

Robbie and Sean created a short video that captured the true essence of our brand. They took behind the scenes footage from our photo shoots, one of our pop-up shop events, interviews of myself and my partner and some videos of our models in our clothing. We shot this footage over the duration of three days and we received the final cut two week later.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video was a crucial element of getting our brand into various markets. It allowed us to show organizers our brand, our style and why they should book us. The video was well received and complimented by many.

The communication between ourselves and Mango Media was outstanding. Our schedule was always made clear and every deadline was met, often earlier than expected. Prior to the shoot we worked closely with Seán, he encouraged our questions and input and maintained a great level of enthusiasm throughout the project.

We were most impressed by Mango Media's drive to understand our brand beyond the video. Their efficiency and creativity on the day of our shoot were exceptional, and the final video was of stellar quality. Robbie's creative eye and attention to detail let us know we were in wonderful hands. Mango Media's small team allowed our project to move swiftly from a proposal to a finished project, staying focused on our goal throughout. Our communication throughout the project was excellent and no question or request was left unanswered. The shoot day went seamlessly, Robbie and Sean are an excellent team and made our day stress-free. Their creativity and attention to detail proved themselves in the quality of our final video.

Mango Media has filmed several videos for us. The most recent one was a three-minute video that featured two athletes using our products. They were involved in the planning and production of that video, making sure that the style was specifically tailored to our target audience. They also handled the entire filming and videography, followed by the video editing.

Every video that they’ve created for us represents one of our products. They go through three phases every time: planning, filming, and editing.

Mango Media has been great to work with throughout the whole process. They’re quick and responsive to our needs, and they’ve worked very well during the planning phases, ensuring that we’re able to get the most from every project.

They’ve identified who the end uses are and what appeals to them. They go above and beyond during the filming days, dedicating their effort and energy to filming all the different things that we want to do. It has been a dream.

They’ve also put a lot of time and effort into the editing process, giving us early feedback on the videos and considering our comments to make them better based on said feedback.

How did Mango Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Mango Media’s project management and communication are perfect. They’ve stayed within budget, and they’ve always been very quick to deliver. Furthermore, they're flexible and willing to work with us around our timelines and the availability of our athletes.

We used a tool for our earlier videos, and we’re using it now for the storyboarding process. It works quite well. We communicate over email and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Mango Media’s attention to detail is very good, and they give us ample time to understand what we want to get from the video through storyboarding. Their cinematographic skills are impressive as well; they’re able to create aesthetically pleasing videos thanks to their good eye for films. Additionally, they have a very strong work ethic, and they’re willing to work hard to get our videos where we want them to be.

No. They’ve been a dream to work with.

Work with Mango Media and listen to their expertise. The value that they’ve added to our project has been amazing. They’ve worked with us to understand our end users and how to appeal to them, coming up with some great suggestions for the videos and implementing them really well. Engage with them and have an open process so that they can help you get the best from your project.

The video we were looking for was a presentation video of our facility. The project, from the initial meeting to the delivered video lasted around 1 month in January 2021.

I worked with Sean and Roberto from start to finish. It has been easy to understand the process and how the guys work. I personally found them really flexible and helpful on what we needed to do on our end (like cleaning the space) before shooting the video for the final product.

Before the video, we had a strong client base but we couldn’t show to new clients our process of printing. Now every time we are contacted by a possible new client they get instantly re-assured when we show them the video. Our client conversion rate increased rapidly.

The project management was really professional. Communication is for sure a skill that Mango Media has in its values. We constantly received updates and edits of the video until we thought it was perfect and ready to be uploaded on the website.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Mango Media was their speed to understand what we needed, and the quality of the final product. Overall it was a team play between us and them, and this helped to realise the perfect video we needed on our homepage.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

You never stop improving and I always expect the best. Given the above, I wouldn’t change anything that happened in the process of making the video from start to finish. We are going to come back in the future for sure with Mango Media.

I work for Bleeper, who are Ireland's first dockless bike sharing company. I specifically set up My Private Scheme to offer corporates, residentials, universities, business parks and other entity that requires a private and exclusive fleet of electric and standard bikes.

It was a one minute video promoting My Private Scheme, with two actors showing the full range of products and services. The project lasted from the the beginning of Nov to the end of Jan with the shoot on a crisp sunny day in Dec. We set up a detailed video plan with a strict timeline.

I worked with Sean and Robbie from start to finish. Coming from a finance background, it was the first time I had worked on a marketing project like this. Sean and Robbie were great at explaining all the technicalities to me in layman terms. Extremely flexible and assuring, I had little doubts and was confident on the path we were on every step of the way.

We got great engagement on social media across all our platforms. I had a small focus group that gave me feedback across the various edits. The video is now part of my sales pitch/process and gives our potential customers an excellent insight into the great products and services Bleeper offer.

The project management style was professional and flexible. Decisions that had to be made were based on a blend of information and experience. The video plan and schedule were refined during our weekly/bi-weekly video calls. No requested was ever too hard for Sean and Robbie.

No requested was ever too hard for Sean and Robbie. They took time to understand the product and service which helped create a great video. The shoot day was by far the most interesting part of the project. Sean and Robbie did a great job coordinating all aspects of the day.

Covid restricted us from meeting in person which would have helped us even more. Mango Media is a young company that is just gonna go from strength to strength.

We hired Mango Media to create a series of videos and photos of our interior design work to create content for our social media sites. Our goal was to showcase our work in a clean, elegant and professional fashion.

We started with a meeting online, where we discussed what they could do for us, and after agreeing on a price they shot 4 different videos of 4 different houses we worked in, along with a series of photos for each house.

We worked with Sean and Roberto, the two members of Mango Media. While Roberto was shooting videos Sean was taking photos. Their setup allowed them to work really quickly, and in two days we were able to capture all the content we needed. The editing process was quicker than we expected. We agreed that everything would be finalised within one week, and surprisingly, we received all the content in 3 days. We then asked for changes along with the videos and thanks to their "unlimited free revisions setup”, the price didn't increase.

We are constantly uploading content on our Instagram, Facebook and Youtube channel, and we are receiving great feedback. Our social image really improved after working with Mango Media, allowing us to showcase our style as best as possible while receiving much more clients as a result. We now get enquiry emails every week, allowing us to grow exponentially.

Their project management style was really quick and easy. We received different cuts of the video and different suggestions regarding music, mood and style of the video overall. In the end, Mango Media created a google drive folder containing different export formats of the videos and photos in order to achieve the best quality possible in the different social media platforms.

Mango Media really understood what we needed, and we couldn't imagine any better quality than what we received. The most impressive thing about Sean and Roberto is the speed-quality ratio and their professional approach to the project.

No, we are completely satisfied with their service, and we will go back to Mango Media in the future when we will need it.

Over several video calls, we planned a short storyboard for the project and established key frames of the video alongside the Creative Director of the company. On the day of the shoot, Mango Media filmed the video with ease, and within days thereafter, they had it edited and delivered to me via Google Drive. I was impressed with their professional execution, and their obliging nature to re-edit the video exactly to my liking.

The video Mango Media created for me is now live on several property listing platforms I use. Since, I have received more bookings in the earlier and later months of the year during off-season, which I would attribute to the aesthetic and pleasing nature of the video they developed for me.

What impressed me most, was their ability to take my ideas and present a creative process that brought the finished video way beyond my expectations. They were enthusiastic and attentive to my needs all throughout. They were creative and detail-orientated, which was critical given the purpose of this video. The presented my property in its very best light, showing the sea view and natural surroundings to its fullest advantage.
