We had requirement for showing prices based on different customer group such as wholesale and drop shipping, also we want to show prices only after login.

The project was executed very well but their testing is very poor, even after explaining everything they left some bugs. When we realised it and requested to fix it, which was a minor bug then also they are charging very high which is their own mistake.

Their testing after the project is executed is very poor. They asked to provide good reviews but we waited as we wanted to see if everything is alright but eventually faced some bugs which they do not tested and after informing they were asking for big amounts which is not relevant. We had some more websites which we wanted to do with them but eventually we will be looking for someone else as we can't rely on their poor support system.

I'd grade their project management as an A overall. They were slightly late on delivering on time but it was a complex job. It took 3-4 revisions where I reviewed the new theme and made notes of tasks that were still incomplete and some messaging back and forth explaining what was still incomplete but overall they were very responsive and were able to complete all tasks with great quality.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I've worked with 3 other Shopify experts for similar tasks and Mandasa was the best at delivering what I wanted. If a task was incomplete they were able to understand what was needed to finish the task.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Mandasa Technologies Pvt Ltd could have done differently?
Only thing I can think of is to make the job go smoother, once they reviewed my task document and the mockups I sent over I would've liked them to send me additional questions on any tasks they didn't understand 100%. Having to review the theme 3-4 times to make sure tasks were 100% completed and then finding out they tasks weren't done wasn't ideal.
