I was looking for a company which can scan and remove malware from WP websites. Then I contact with malwarecare, and within 24 hours they give me the solutions with proper cleanup. And I was very satisfy with their "WordPress Malware Removal Service".

I was shortlisted 3-4 companies that can help me out, I contact with them and I find that malwarecare's response was very quick then others as well as their affordable price with ownership taking mentality.

Because of plugin issues I face some unusual effects to my sites, then I contact with them, and they successfully scan and remove all malicious files and effected codes from the site.

I had a dedicated security manager, who takes all responsibilities and easy my job.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Very quickly takeover the malware affected site responsibilities and remove very quickly the malwares from my site.

It was a smooth experience, they take full ownership.

I was happy with their malware removal service, also i took their maintenance service they can slightly improve in this field but it was good too.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

They have a free resource that describes how to remove malware from a WordPress website. The resource was very helpful that made me think they must be good at it. We thought we'd better hire themselves to accomplish the task.

We hired MalwareCare to remove malware scripts from swishglobal.com. They initially asked for an online meeting to understand where we need the help. Then they asked for the access details. They removed all malware scripts in just a few days. They are now working to reindex the SERP on Google.

There were 2 people actually. We mostly talked with the POC. The other team member worked from background though.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were thousands of Japanese results on Google before they start working. They just removed all the Japanese URLs from both the SERP and Google Search Console in just one week.

Very smooth.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were scared about the malwares that could have ruined our client’s business reputation. They were very communicative and assured us over the time that that's not gonna happen.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The price could be little more affordable but I understand that the quality comes with a price tag.
