We were able to increase brand awareness among the Telegram audience by 20%

We had weekly meetings with the project manager to go over progress and next steps. Additionally, we communicated over email regularly and they gave us frequent updates. For each step, they asked for our feedback and implemented it quickly. They excellently finished the work within our expected timeline.

The openness of the founder of the agency, who was always interested in the state of affairs in our company

I recommend focusing more on the selection of highly specialized specialists

There were several reasons: recommendations from acquaintances, an outstanding portfolio of projects and excellent customer reviews.

A fairly good job was done, namely the redesign of the service for renting goods for general leisure. Increasing site conversion. And also make sure that UX research offers new ideas to increase the purchasing power of the service.

The team working on the project was quite large, but the main contact persons were the project managers and the designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

At the end of the project, the site conversion increased by at least 10%, a full redesign of the site, an increase in audience loyalty by 25% and an increase in the brand in the general market by 2%. An important point is that the site was developed for a younger audience. The number of orders also increased by 7% for the B2B segment

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The Malord team practices video calls every day to present the results of the previous day and get feedback, for us this approach is quite effective.

We were blown away by the creativity and skill of the Malord team.

Yes, I think there is room for improvement in web development.

We were recommended Malord as we needed a good team that we could trust because we wanted this project to go smoothly and without any need to check if the team is ok.

Initially, an analysis of competitors and all existing sites was made, a study of the target audience and their needs. After that, the development of the platform structure, functional descriptions and design development began. After agreeing on the main screens of the platform, the design of the mobile version began.

I liked the process of Malord, the manager carefully followed the project, which resulted in excellent work. The designer showed a work that met my expectations.

I would say the design is really impressive and I think this is one of the best projects we have done with Malord.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We used Figma to track our progress throughout the work. Our teams also had daily calls to review larger updates from each previous day and confirm the strategy for the next day.

The workflow was good. They gave excellent results in a short time. Daily communication made it fast and we were always aware of the whole process

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I'm not sure if there is anything that needs to be improved in our project, everything was fine and the project turned out really amazing.
