We asked Mailbakery, on behalf of our client, to code/develop 3 email templates designed by us to be customizable and flexible in our client's Mailchimp account. We asked for our emails to be responsive, look good in dark mode and visible and intact across various email clients.

I had heard good things from a friend who had used their services. I had cross referenced this suggestion with Reddit reviews.

I provided MailBakery with a psd file of the layout. They reviewed the layout and converted it to code, images and a zip file. After a couple rounds of revisions, it was perfect and loaded into campaign monitor.

I worked with one developer who also project managed the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The process was smooth. I received my files in a format that was easy to utilize. There were some changes that needed to be edited and the team gladly made the changes requested. They were great with timelines.

They delivered the project efficiently. There were no speed bumps or issues managing it with them. Just straightforward fast and efficient service.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The coding was fast and matched what I wanted. I found it came at a reasonable price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The service was excellent so not really. Perhaps a short pdf file could be included with the final code to explain how to load it into the chosen mail provider. Again however, the service was excellent and that suggestion would just be a plus one.
