They have frequently thought ahead of the curve, and have a more than thorough approach to reporting, as well as an unusually high lvel of transparency. They've been true professionals throughout, and the standard of some of their written copy has been very high indeed.

It was occasionally tricky to schedule a monthly catch-up at a suitable cadence, but this is a minor point. Their thorughness and approach to transparency could sometimes mean information was tricky to find - a case of too much of a good thing - but this is barely a fault.

Before MADX, we had less than 300 organic search traffic visitors a month. Once the program started rolling, this number easily doubled and tripled.

The ONLY thing would be to simplify their project sheet for the client. And this is super small. I only needed to see a certain amount of details in that project sheet, needed more of a management view. But again, this is super small.

Ranking on page 1 organically for key search terms and generating leads from our target market.

SEO results take a while, and initially there was some teething problems caused my too many reviewers of content on our side, which halted progress. Once this was resolved, we were able to get content out much faster which aided results. They were very responsive to our needs and nothing was ever too much trouble!
