MADX was to provide us with all things related to blog content. This includes planning, organizing, writing, and guidance on blog content. Also, they provided monthly backlinking services for us. Lastly, I also received reports on our website pages, health, and guidance on making it optimal.

Before MADX, we had less than 300 organic search traffic visitors a month. Once the program started rolling, this number easily doubled and tripled.

MADX was always on time and very responsive. This was especially impressive since we all were in very different time zones.

They delivered results. Not many 3rd party SEO companies ACTUALLY deliver results. They hit the goal within the time frame we wanted.

The ONLY thing would be to simplify their project sheet for the client. And this is super small. I only needed to see a certain amount of details in that project sheet, needed more of a management view. But again, this is super small.

Ranking on page 1 organically for key search terms and generating leads from our target market.

SEO results take a while, and initially there was some teething problems caused my too many reviewers of content on our side, which halted progress. Once this was resolved, we were able to get content out much faster which aided results. They were very responsive to our needs and nothing was ever too much trouble!

Very efficient and smooth running operation, great customer service and ultimately they delivered on their brief of generating leads and helping us to rank organically.

We did try paid ads initially but this didn't have quite the same results so we stopped after a few months (which is potentially why we didn't see results)

MADX helped us acquire over 10.000 users through SEO. They have been delivering month over month, week over week.

We have weekly meetings with MADX to discuss the product roadmap and weekly deliverables. We also receive monthly performance reports that allows us to stay on top of everything and make changes to our strategy if needed. Deliver was always on time and special needs were always addressed as fast as possible. They offer a highly professionalized process that allows for high individualization and fast changes if necessary.

The management is extremely experienced and very pro-active in finding solutions for challenges that we face as a business. They make our goals and success their own goals and rigorously pushing to get there.

In the beginning it took some time to get used to the SEO language and terminology, as I did not have any previous experience with SEO, so it took some time to understand how everything works and I am still learning everyday.

I hired MADX Digital to help with our SEO Content Strategy & Backlink building services. Our goal was to grow organic traffic & organic user acquisition.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found that MADX are directly focused on SaaS SEO & Link Building which is exactly our space and the services we needed to help build our organic acquisition.

The scope of the work was for MADX to perform competitive analysis & keyword research to first come up with a content strategy for my business. MADX defined an awesome landing page strategy that was focused on not only acquiring traffic but users to my platform. MADX was also responsible for managing the content calendar, writing & publishing our content doing an amazing job at it. As well as content they also helped build links to our website really helping drive organic traffic to the site.

We worked with an account manager, also called Perry and then a couple of Subject Matter experts in the Content & Backlinking teams. The SMEs provided us the deliverables & Perry made sure we had eveyrhting we needed on the project level.

We grew our website traffic from 0 to 6,000 organic monthly and acquired ~10,000 leads in the time we worked with MADX. all in all a great experience and we got the results we were looking for.

very very organised. we communicated via Google Docs for feedback in deliverables & slack was used for day to day communication.

The organization & processes the team had were very impressive and were able to produce quality results for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If i had the budget i would have asked to create more content. overall they are a slightly more expensive agency for SEO but you get what you pay for.
