The work required by us in the beggining was quite simple. We needed EVERYTHING related to email marketing, from top to bottom. 

However, we understand marketing very well and so our overall objective was not an easy one to meet. This included not only providing strategy and various options to our team, but presenting us with a plan for success which outlined several potential starting points. It was also critical for us (and Mad Lead Printer) to know and understand where, when, and how the initiative may branch off, pivot, or change completely at specific times depending on results while factoring in the lastest and most current goals. Basically we felt like we were asking for the impossible.

Our deliverables were ever-changing and adapting due to the niche nature of our business, our competitors and our desire to overtake & maintain ourselves in a industry-leading position.

Their ability to always have an answer. I don't think there was any situation or circumstance where a concern or question remained after discussing it with them. Even when an immediate answer wasn't possible (this can happen in any circumstance) a sufficient answer backed up by logic and creativity or some sort of strong relevancy was always provided. 

They never left us hanging, waiting, wondering, or unfulfilled. We felt like VIPs and the amount of contact combined with the information delivered during each contact was a precise fit for our team. They've adapted to us and our style, speed, and particular needs. This is an impressive trait to encounter nowadays.

There are always areas for improvement. Everything and anything has room for improvement. There's no need to discuss anything that could have been "improved" or "done differently" by the service provider.
