We were very happy with their over 85% retention rate year over year, and after speaking with some of the clients, were very happy with the results MacRAE'S were getting for them.

We started with an onboarding call to meet the team. We thoroughly went through our business, current marketing process, our ideal client persona, our marketing goals and what we would like MacRAE'S to help us achieve. We started with a redesign of our website in WordPress, and then started our monthly SEO and PPC program.
They started with extensive competitor analysis, as well as keyword research to see how users are currently finding us, and what keywords we should be targeting that have good search results and lower competition. After the keywords were selected, they proceeded with the On-page SEO work, including starting a blog and creating monthly content plans for continuous blog posting and social media posts. The off-page SEO started, with business listings, backlinks and continuous marketing of our blogs as well as a strategic local SEO plan implemented.
UX optimization of the site was continuous, constantly looking at the user experience and lead funnels. We started to see our traffic grow and the number of inbound leads, so we increased the number of hours the team was spending each month and continued to see these number increase.

We initially had our Sales Account Manager sell us the program. They were very knowledgeable in the services and answered/or got the answers to all the questions we had while we were evaluating their services. Then once signed, we had a dedicated Digital Account Manager which was our main point of contact. They were the project manager over their whole team of writers, SEO, web developers, social media team etc. It was nice to have 1 person to deal with instead of the dozen that were working on our project on an ongoing basis. We have ongoing communication, and have a 1 hour reporting meeting every month to review the results of the project.

We ask all our new leads and customers how they found us, and the majority are all through google searches. We saw a 40% increase in our lead conversions in just the first year. Traffic improvement of 70%, Pageview improvement of 149% and an improved Bounce Rate of 60%. We now have over 98 keywords on page 1 of google, 30 of which are in the top 3 spots.

It is fabulous to work with our project manager. Most of the communication is through email. My review of items to give approvals are sent well in advance of my due date, so I have lots of time to review and get back to them. I'm very happy to have 1 hour reporting meeting every month. It allows me to see and discuss the results with them, and make any strategy changes we want for the following months.

I feel like they have truly got to know our business, and are dedicated at getting strong results for us. I was worried about signing up with a company for a long contract an then not being happy with the results. But with MacRAE's I'm not in a long contract.. there's a 60 day notice for cancellation. They are very much results-driven and we have seen that throughout our entire relationship. They really care about the success of our business.

Developed a plan with their local sales representative which seemed to meet our needs, evaluated a trial program for 1 year, and have continued and evolved the support over time.
