For both videos, Rolling Pea helped to develop a plan and a script, then came to multiple sites on multiple days to film interviews. They edited the footage into cohesive videos, adding in several elements that improved the end product. In one case, Rolling Pea also provided voice-over. In many instances, Rolling Pea filmed or provided "B-roll" footage that greatly improved the videos.

The videos are featured on two websites and they generate a lot of positive feedback.

Project management is where Rolling Peas Media really stood out. Our company had never developed videos before and we didn't know the process. Rolling Peas shepherded us through very graciously, making a lot of good suggestions as needed. They were very good at coaching the interviewees to provide great footage and they really enhanced and made the best of mundane and messy office backgrounds.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed to update our current video (created 6 years ago) to something that was more modern, would reach more people, would speak to multi-generations, and that we could use online as well as in live presentations. Yes, it was a tall order. The additional challenge was that we are US based and our charity benefits children in East Africa. So we asked them to travel there with us, film some of our donors on our trip, some of the children at the orphanage, and help tell our story. 

Rolling Peas Media over-delivered. They helped us map out, plan, brain-storm on how best to represent our charity, and came up with wonderful ideas. They delivered three short videos two weeks after our return so we had them for two major presentations, and have two more "corporate identity" videos in process for us. Not only have they been true partners in this process, the quality of their work is exceptional.

We have had a tremendous response already from donors who have seen the videos already produced. We cannot be happier with the outcome.

They not only helped us plan the time line and make suggestions, they were very responsive to feedback, changes in needs. They have delivered products ahead of schedule and have been very responsive to our needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

This husband/wife team embraced our charity and made suggestions that would make the end product better than we could have imagined. They actually cared about our mission, and their process incorporated our focus and needs. We felt less like a client and more like team-mates. We are so impressed with the professionalism and talents of these wonderful people.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rolling Peas Media could have done differently?

None - They exceeded our expectations.
