Doign joint Product Dicsovery project for complex risk assessment solution we expected LyraTech to consider applicability of AI, costs associated, ROI, design model output, data sources, so that we can agree on AI solution an requirements for it. 

As a result, we have got two models with clear business outputs, the plan for AI model feasibility study.

Since it was a Discovery, no business metrics were expected. But we got what we expected - clear options for AI application, pros/cons, efforts, recomemnatios on when and how, clear plan for the next phases.

Due to the nature of engagement (relatively short Discovery) we worked together as one team, where overall project management was on our side, and LyraTech was responsible fully for AI part. Fully satisfied with collaboration and responsiveness.

1. AI Content Moderation Systems Development: LyraTech AI engineered text-based content moderation systems designed to identify and flag instances of hateful speech, spam, financial scams, bullying, and harassment. These systems were able to process large volumes of user-generated content and deployed in production.
2. Evaluation and Benchmarking: LyraTech AI undertook a evaluation and comparison of various content moderation solutions, both textual and visual. They developed evaluation datasets and benchmarked performance measures such as precision, recall, cost, and latency. Also, considerations for retraining feedback loops were integrated into the system to enhance ongoing accuracy and relevance.
3. Generative AI and Prompting Techniques: Early after their public release, generative AI systems were evaluated for their potential integration.
