I have been an investor in the crypto space for a while and wanted to launch my own crypto-currency as well as NFTs later down the road. I am working with the marketing side of this project and was assigned to pick out a company to assist with this task to make sure the launch was a success.

We hired Lunar Strategy to assist with the marketing, specifically setting up ads and assisting with influencer marketing via social medias.

How did you select this vendor?

We search for a fitting marketing company for a month or so before stumbling upon Lunar Strategy. After talking to some of their previous clients and a few meetings with the people at Lunar we where convinced they were the ones who would help us reach our goals.

After we decided we would work with Lunar we set up a plan so that we would reach our goals. They were keen to listen to our plans and helped us adjust them for maximum efficiency. They were always very driven and quick to assist with any questions or actions needed to be taken.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with the marketing manager at the firm and they worked well with me and my coworkers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We reached a higher engagement on all social medias and built a community on discord. All in all the engagement and community grew about 60 % faster than projected and even more so than we could have done on our own

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had weekly meetings with the marketing team at our company and the team at Lunar. I also had daily check-ins with the marketing manager and I am very satisfied with the response and proffesionalism at Lunar.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Lunar really committed to our goals. It felt like they were a part of our company, not just some marketing firm we worked with.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Not sure if I have any criticism with our work, some small preferences on which tool to use for communications, but they were very good with adapting to our workflow.

Then we worked together to create the best campaign architecture with the goal to improve our visibility on market. Once we get the sufficient volume we work on optimizing goals and targets.

We work with Tim, as perfomance marketing manager brought a lots of new ideas.

Since we work with Lunar Strategy we can say that we know better our market and we are very happy with the results. The campaigns brought us many leads and new clients.

They are very proactive and reachable. They uses Slack app, and that makes the communication smoother.

They are really aware of last trends and always eager to find new solution and test new features.

Lunar understood our issues and helped us fixing them. We are now finding highly qualified leads for our business.

Lunar is always there when you need them. Never had any communication issues. We had follow ups every two weeks where they explained in depth: results, plans, strategy etc.

Their service has felt very personal.
