My goals were to automate the internal and external processes we complete through a consolidated app. My goals were to make the processes more efficient, allowing gigLAW to expand its clientele and capacity to take on more work.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I selected this vendor after reading multiple reviews/recommendations from their clients. The deciding factor was after we had the introductory call how they were able to accurately understand exactly what I wanted. The team was extremely responsive and always available to answer questions thoroughly. They ensured I was comfortable and happy throughout the entire process.

First, we had a kick-off call where I explained to them an overview of what I wanted the app to do and its core functions. I then sent over a detailed list of each component/workflow/every part of the process I needed to be included in the app. The team then put together a proposal and once approved, go to work.

They showed me the wireframe, asked for my feedback, implemented the feedback, then created v1 for my review. Once I reviewed, I submitted any changes I needed and they quickly made all of the necessary fixes. The final step was to go through the app and ensure I understood how it works on the backend, etc.

I am about to launch, though I have received extremely positive feedback from current clients about the

Plutio, Email, Zoom. Plutio was the best part of the project - as it kept things extremely organized and allowed me to input new tasks I wanted to see implemented in the app.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They gave us a professional app that is easy to update and their level of communication is the best I have seen when working with an outside provider.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were very minor bugs in the first deliverable, but they fixed these as soon as I pointed them out and were extremely professional in dealing with any issue that arose. Nothing needed to be done differently as it was all exceptional and the team was an absolute pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What challenge were you trying to address with LowCode Agency?

I was trying to bring an MVP to life, so I built an early version of it. Then, I went to LowCode and asked them to rebuild it and make it look better to have a better appeal to the end users. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I used Glide to prototype the app before building it for iOS and Android. From there, LowCode’s task is to make it better from a technology perspective. For context, the platform was for creators and their followers. It aimed to create a marketplace for these audiences, and it was similar to Patreon or OnlyFans.  

Meanwhile, we chunked the project down into pieces. LowCode agreed to do this because of my poor experience with another mobile app developer; I was nervous about jumping the gun and spending a lot of money. They understood my concerns and broke down the development process into phases. It was their recommended approach, and I agreed to it. 

At present, the first part of the project is completed, and the app is already in the marketplace. We’ll soon be developing it further, and when we continue the engagement, we’ll talk about the content marketing aspects of the business. 

For core features and functionality, creators can upload longer-form content on the platform, such as images and videos. Other users can then read the story behind the images by following the content creators. Moreover, they can pay the creators for the content if they want, though free content is available. Overall, the platform enables people to produce interesting content that they can sell in a way that hasn’t been done before.

I worked with their CEO and founder, along with Cecilia (Project Manager) and a designer. A copywriter worked behind the scenes, too. 

How did you come to work with LowCode Agency? 

I chose LowCode because they were a referral partner of Glide, which I’d used for a while. They were active in the Glide community, so when I looked at the platform’s certified partners, LowCode stood out. I looked at what they’d done before, and everything looked good. As a result, I hired them.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project started in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. They delivered the first version of the app in November 2021, though.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In terms of success metrics, I check the number of revisions that we’ve had to do. There have been only small revisions, and every time they need to revise something, they listen carefully. They’re frank and excellent; in fact, they’ve adjusted the first cut of our wireframes in just 45 minutes. After that, I haven’t had to make any changes. 

Moreover, they’ve kept to our timeframe. The team works fast, and they fix even the smallest mistakes during the development process, such as spelling errors. Overall, their work has been phenomenal and exceeds my expectations, so I’m extremely happy with their performance. 

How did LowCode Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

LowCode’s project management is great. They’ve asked me to use Plutio to report any changes, questions, or feedback I have — I’ve had no issues using that platform. In fact, it made our communication easy. On top of that, their project manager understands my needs. The team also works on the project from a consumer and end user perspective. As a result, the process is highly well-rounded and thoughtful; they often come up with ingenious and clean solutions.

The quality of LowCode’s work and their fullness are impressive. Apart from that, their services are fairly priced. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I only wish they work more with our technologies. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give LowCode good references and examples from sites that tell them the story of what you’re trying to achieve. Don’t try to communicate with them via emails because they’ll also have to transfer that to their project management system, and that can slow everything down. Moreover, when they start delivering items, make sure that you’re available because they deliver quickly. Overall, they’re a nice team to work with and incredibly professional.

I’m the managing partner of a mental health clinic based in Miami, Florida. We have around 35 employees, and we’ve been in business since 2008.

What challenge were you trying to address with LowCode Agency?

We were looking to have a platform to keep track of the payments that we were receiving. We only had an Excel spreadsheet for this purpose, so we weren’t being effective in keeping track of what was owed to us and what has already been paid. Thus, we hired LowCode to create this platform.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we had a discovery phase. LowCode put together all of the requirements for the software that we needed and gave us a proposal within our budget, so we moved forward. During this phase, they were very diligent and responsive, which nowadays is not easy to find.

After that, LowCode put together our platform using Glide, Google Sheets, and Slack. They integrated those three technologies to create a way to pull the information from our system and connect the different departments in our office involved in the billing process.

Among its features, this platform has color coding for the data and three different security levels for our three different departments. It also is based on the Cloud, so it works completely online, and it’s EPA-compliant.

Currently, they’re putting together a form using Jotform. We will have our clients sign this form before directing them to our billing department to do the claim process.

I’ve worked primarily with two people from LowCode: Jesus (Founder & CEO), who is the person that created the proposals, and Cecilia (Project Manager). I know that they have more people working with them who take care of the different parts of the project.

We’re part of a Facebook group where people always discuss new projects and business opportunities. This group has a lot of software professionals offering different services. I posted a question in this group, and among the five people who responded, LowCode was one of them. I received quotes from three of those companies and ended up choosing LowCode.

We’ve spent close to $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our conversation with LowCode in October 2020, and our engagement is ongoing. They have already completed the initial scope, but we constantly find new things to add and minor details to adjust.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

As this is an internal tool, I don’t have any metrics to demonstrate the impact of this project. However, I initially put together an RFQ, and all my requirements have been met. That’s how I’ve measured the success of this project.

How did LowCode Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

Every time we ask them for something, LowCode is very responsive and diligent, and they take care of issues or add new features as needed. We communicate via WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been working with LowCode for a year, and every time I have an issue that can be solved using technology, I go to them for a solution. Oftentimes, when I present the challenge, they do proper research and try to find a solution.

Although it has happened that they haven’t been able to find a solution, they usually find one that works. They always put thought into their work and make an effort.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes, LowCode invests hours trying to solve all of the little quirks of a project before giving us a quote for it. It would be better for their clients if they didn’t spend as many hours working prior to quoting in case the client doesn’t want to move forward.

I, personally, don’t like having a contractor spend hours of their time on something that I wouldn’t require in the end. If that’s how they work, it seems to work well, but I believe that it is something they could change.

During this journey it would be naïve not to think there maybe problems along the way. Even when there were problems, none of their own doing but due to Glide's own problems, it was handled with outstanding professionalism.

I am the owner of Cibo Groups, Cibo Groups is an app that prevents food waste, by connecting the community with restaurants, bakeries, and stores that have unsold surplus food at the end of the day. You use the app when you realize there is a surplus of unsold food that you can sell at a discounted rate or donate right before you close.

The important thing to note here is, this is food you had intended to sell for the day but just didn't have enough customers for that day to sell your goods; in other words you are selling or donating food within the proper shelf life.

We wanted to develop an app and bring this app to the community so Users and business owners and prevent food waste by simply using their phones. LowCode Agency was hired to help achieve this goal. They were fast, efficient, and very professional

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

First, we were building the app in house, and then soon realized that we do not have the resources to market and build the app at the same time. We started working with another app developer, but also realized that app developer did not have the resources to complete the app in a timely manner. Finally, after further investigation we came across LowCode.

We were intrigued by LowCode from our original meeting with them. It was a 40 minute, detailed consultation meeting. LowCode explained to us that they will first build a wireframe for our app and get the app done in 3-4 weeks ( a timeline which was achieved). It was slightly above our budget, but for the quality of work we received, we were sold!

As mentioned above, before committing to working with LowCode, there was a free 40 minutes consultation meeting, once we agreed to work with them, we payed 50% of the cost up front for LowCode to start the work. They started with a wireframe of our app, sent the wireframe over to us to review, had a second meeting where we discussed the wireframe.

We were able to make edits to the wireframe and go over the flow of the app. Once we approved the wireframe, LowCode started building the app. We were able to communicate with them 24/7 via Nifty. Through Nifty, there was a task tracking board that kept all the tasks and questions we had for LowCode along the way organized.

It was truly a full team effort. I was in communication with the dev team, the project manager, and even the Owner of LowCode!

As soon as the app was complete, we are able to fully market and show our interested customers the final products!

Everyone was so so SO easy to communicate with, they were friendly and very responsive to me. The Project Manager was very professional while patient at the same time.The meetings were conducted via Zoom. As mentioned above, Nifty was the main mode of communication, although we would e-mail at times.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

LowCode Agency is really some phenomenal folks! I really enjoyed working with LowCode because of its size. It is a small company, which we actually preferred, but despite the company's size they were able to build the app in a very impressive timeline

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Through some of our testing, I found the same issue appeared more than once. I would kindly suggest a more rigorous round of testing before marking a task complete.

 I'm the executive director of a nonprofit organization that provides affordable, supportive housing for formerly homeless people with disabilities. We also work on preventing homelessness through income housing retention case management.

What challenge were you trying to address with LowCode Agency?

 We needed to build a complex custom app to track interagency resident engagements and events for tracking resident and program outcomes. The goal was for app users to have individual dashboards, be able to submit partially pre-populated monthly reports, and for us to generate detailed custom reports on the program. For app users, entering data would largely happen in the field, so it had to be accessible, intuitive, and quick.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

 LowCode Agency developed a custom app for us. The app's features included individual client engagement notes, time tracking per engagement, property management issue logging, group event attendance tracking, resident search by name and unit, and a comprehensive client history view. Moreover, the app had user management, building-based user assignments, permission levels for workers and admins, data segregation by building, monthly reporting prompts, CSV export capabilities, and Google Sheets backend integration. In addition to that list, LowCode Agency also built out the form submission with partially pre-populated reporting capabilities and dashboards.

 We had one main point of contact throughout the process, who coordinated with three other technical experts at various stages.

How did you come to work with LowCode Agency?

 We found them through the Glide Expert directory. I interviewed and received quotes from a few consultants and agencies who build apps on Glide. I was most impressed by LowCode Agency's comprehensive and detailed proposal, organized communication, and price point.

What is the status of this engagement?

 We started working with them in Sept 2025, and our project just ended in October 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

 The app is fully functional, including the data collection interface, data architecture for research and evaluation purposes, and friendly UX for app users to pull reports and view their dashboards of resident services provided. We just launched it, so we don't have any metrics yet. However, the reports from user beta testing were very positive.

How did LowCode Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

LowCode Agency had an organized and clear process for documenting and incorporating feedback to tweak and improve functionality. Their project management was excellent, transparent, organized, and proactive. They had clear assignments for our team and were very timely on their end. Our primary form of communication was email and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

 Users are excited about having this tool and already want us to expand it beyond the initial scope so that additional programs can use it. Having a single point of contact project manager was fantastic. Andrea (Founder) was also very familiar with the technical and design aspects. Communication with their whole team was great. I was initially worried about being in different time zones and possibly countries, but that was not an issue at all. Scheduling was easy and responsive, and my tasks to keep the project on track were communicated clearly and translated for someone like me who doesn't work in software and tech. The whole process was laid out in a clear way initially, with clear timelines and deliverables at intervals.

 No, this was a great experience all around.

Although the project isn't complete, we've defined interim deliverables such as the design, wireframes, and sprint-specific code deliverables. Moreover, the progress has been on schedule. We're halfway through the four-month project, and everything is on time.

LowCode Agency's project management has been excellent. They've done a great job setting clear expectations and meeting them. Regarding communication, it's been good. We've been able to iterate, clarify, and resolve design and requirements issues.

LowCode Agency's ability to develop clarity of deliverables and the process for managing progress has been impressive. We haven't seen the end product yet, but our expectations are high regarding the result halfway through the project. We have enough experience in software development to spot projects that have a bad start, and this one has started well.
