Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Create design prototypes for several State-wide applications utilizing Figma. Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and subject matter experts. Create a comprehensive training program for Stare employees to become proficient in the discovery and design processes, and provide mentorship during employee development. Build and maintain design systems for Vuetify and PrimeVue libraries.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Completed applications that are now in use throughout California. An excellent training program for new designers. Successful mentorship which has lead to high-functioning new designers.

Projects were well organized and either met or exceeded expectations. They were all delivered on schedule and within the budget. We were very happy with the excitement with which projects were taken on and the professionalism shown when services were delivered.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Lost Horse took our vague ideas for a tumbler design and turned it into a really great design. They we very accommodated with making tweaks to placement and adjusting colors.

While workig on the tumbler, Josh came up with a rad design idea for a shirt. We couldn't stop thinking about this shirt design and asked him the next day if we could move forward with it. 

So much thought and attention to detail was put into creating both the tumbler and shirt design.
