We built our new in-house e-commerce solution from the ground up, so after migration Loopex did an advanced technical SEO audit and suggested some structural changes. It’s a website like Shutterstock, so the logic of the website is not an easy one. They helped us to figure out the URL structure, information architecture and helped us fix other UX issues.

The main goal of the collaboration was to do a full audit of the website to make sure that we're ready for the next significant marketing steps and that we have the technical infrastructure to be relevant in a very competitive SEO landscape in our industry.

Our platform is large and complicated. So, it’s not an ordinary website. So, the technical audit needed to be done from all the sides to make sure we are not missing on anything important for SEO. The most complicated part was the URL structure and the UX.

The team consisted of three technical specialists, but I was mainly in touch with the person who was leading the entire team.

The end result was the structure of the website proposed by Loopex Digital that would eventually lead to more traffic and a solid SEO infrastructure from a technical point of view. Moreover, we got a 21-page document of a very detailed audit with actionable recommendations and analysis.

It was pretty straightforward and smooth. We had frequent calls, and they presented and explained all the results of the audit. These sessions were extremely valuable, as, in the end, we were ready to complete the implementation with the full knowledge of what is missing and what needs to be done. The end result was provided in a very detailed Google Spreadsheet and Google Doc file.

They guided us through the whole process and provided us with keyword research for 12 industry pages, 33 blog topics with transactional and informational intent, video guidelines, and a technical action list with detailed explanations.

They were very communicative throughout the project through my choice of channels. I could reach out to them at any stage of the project and have additional questions answered. We had several calls during the project where they asked for my feedback about the direction in which they were going and adjusted accordingly. The predefined timeline was respected and everything was delivered on time.

I got a genuine feeling that they were willing to go the extra mile to offer valuable and actionable recommendations. Not only in the predefined results but also in their approach to sharing advice and recommendations on how to manage SEO work internally. Their approach was very analytical and they quickly grasped the specific challenges and opportunities in our niche, which I found very impressive.

A small part of the technical recommendations wasn't directly applicable as such in the practical aspects (thought the recommendations in themselves were always good) because of our architecture. But we discussed this already beforehand and they were clear upfront about the kinds of recommendations they'll make.

Over the years, our website gradually evolved and we migrated from WordPress to Squarespace. We had technical and keyword related issues and while the site ranked with many generic keywords, it was hot supporting our core service. We hired Loopex Digital to find the relevant transactional keywords, optimize the website technically, content-wise and increase the authority of our website through high-quality backlinks. The ultimate goal was to generate new leads of qualified customers.

We were referred to them by a colleague who worked with them and was happy with the SEO results.

Loopex started with keyword-mapping and outlined what keywords we should target with each page, what content pieces and landing pages we needed to create. Following that, they prepared the website technically because the health score was barely in the 40s. They improved the home page structure, created new pillar pages, and keyword optimization. As a result, 5 key pages that were optimized for transactional keywords rank with more than 1500 keywords and generate around 6400 organic marginal traffic, monthly. Their link building and PR strategy were very effective, and they managed to set up interviews with some reputable websites like Inhabitat and National Geographic and secure references. So far, 50+ high quality and relevant backlinks have been created for the key pages.

During implementation, I was in contact with one person - the SEO strategist. She was responsible for managing link building, technical SEO, and a content research specialist to implement the strategy.

In the first 6 months, we had a 57% increase in organic traffic for the entire website. Each transactional blog post, even though not high in quantity, generates around 3700 organic monthly traffic.

They did not focus on quantity but instead quality. Furthermore, took initiatives. For example, they did not want to write weekly blog posts. Instead, they spent a couple of weeks on the idea of 5 highly relevant transactional blog posts that generate a ton of organic traffic. With their own initiative, they have set up the goals and conversion tracking in my analytics, so that I can track the leads generated from organic traffic and paid traffic.

Loopex Digital ran a competitor analysis and keyword research to figure out which keywords the homepage should focus on and what kind of blog content would help build topical authority around children's illustration services. They also checked the website’s health using an advanced technical structure. If anything was off, they added it to an action list with clear, step-by-step instructions on how to fix it.
