LoonehDigit

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder of a company that offers tourist packages designed according to the client's needs.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with LoonehDigit?

We needed to expand our company and attract more customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

LoonehDigit has been responsible for the SEO and online visibility of our website. They started by conducting a complete audit of our website and our competitors' websites and presented us with a clear action plan. Every time I write two articles for our blog, they adapt them to create posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as a podcast episode.
They have also solved technical issues on our website, especially on mobile devices, where the menu doesn't display correctly. We have also updated the pages of our tours, modified the payment conditions to include an online payment link, and incorporated seven private tours on our website and Viator. Finally, we have configured Google's tracking tools, and LoonehDigit sends us a simple monthly report so we can see the progress.

What is the team composition?

We work with 2–5 teammates from LoonehDigit.

How did you come to work with LoonehDigit?

We found them through a referral. We chose them because they had high ratings and good value for the cost.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2026, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LoonehDigit has helped us a lot. We have results that are progressing, but they are not yet decisive.

How did LoonehDigit perform from a project management standpoint?

They always deliver on time and provide good information. We communicate via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I'm impressed by the fluidity and information they provide.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there's not much they can improve. The only thing I would change is that we started earlier because SEO takes time, and the best results have come in the last months. I would also like to create video content for social media like TikTok, but that's something we can do in the next stage.
