I’m the co-founder and chief growth officer of ZeroPact, an AI-powered software that calculates the world's most advanced product carbon footprint.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with LOJA® Studio?

We needed to design an intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging UI/UX design for our digital platform. The goal was to make complex sustainability and carbon emissions data easier to access, understand, and manage.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

LOJA® Studio designed and prototyped the UI/UX design of our digital dashboard. The team conducted market benchmarking, created user personas, mapped the user journey, and developed the information architecture. The main objectives were to streamline user journeys, structure the platform's key functionalities, improve data visualization and dashboard usability, and develop a high-fidelity interactive prototype that would serve as the foundation for subsequent software development.LOJA® Studio delivered the following: - User research, benchmarking, and personas - User journey maps and information architecture - Wireframes for key platform screens and workflows - High-fidelity UI/UX designs covering dashboards, products, carbon emissions, reporting, and account management - Functional, clickable prototype - Design documentation for handover to the development team

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

LOJA® Studio successfully completed the project within the agreed budget and timeline, achieving the following outcomes: - Completion of 100% of the planned initial UI/UX design phase - Delivery and validation of the platform's core information architecture and wireframes - Development of high-fidelity interfaces covering the main dashboard functionalities - Delivery of a functional, clickable prototype aligned with ZeroPact's requirements - Completion of design documentation, enabling handover to the next development teamOverall, LOJA® Studio delivered a validated UI/UX foundation ready for subsequent technical development within approximately 11 weeks and a budget of €6,394 (excluding VAT). Although we didn't collect formal usability metrics, our internal stakeholder review confirmed that the new UI/UX design met the project objectives. Feedback highlighted improved information architecture, clearer navigation, and a more intuitive presentation of complex sustainability data. The successful validation of the interactive prototype enabled the project to progress to the development phase.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by LOJA® Studio's ability to quickly understand a highly technical and complex business like ours and translate it into a clean, intuitive, and visually compelling user experience. They combined creativity with a strong understanding of functionality, consistently finding smart ways to simplify complex sustainability data without compromising its depth. Their proactive approach, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to our project's success made them feel like an extension of our own team rather than an external supplier.
