Please describe your company and your position there.

I work for a cleaning business and we were looking for someone that can give our outlet a good look so that visitors can book us seeing that we are as clean as our service.

For what projects/services did your company hire Logozila?

Initially we were only focusing on getting a new logo but the business development team suggest for a complete outlet revamp in a good cost that we surely unable to hold as it was in a good pricing.

So, till end we revamp our complete store branding with an attractive Logo

What were your goals for this project?

Just 1 goal: Make our business looks Clean and Clear

How did you select Logozila?

Through my previous experience Logozila was doing pretty well to all the people i recommended. (keep in mind they have a terrific team of advertisers)

So this time i offered my client to opt Logozila as they are doing pretty good in short span of time

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

All it started with long online meetings, where both teams were discussing how to design a minimalistic logo that depicts overall features of our service where we give up and finally the tea of Logozila give us solutions that too in a design format. But still, who doesn't wants more in less.

Later that day we demanded for more options and these guys were on the toes that within 12 hours we were finalizing our logos on our beds. Sounds crazy but yes they are smart enough to tackle their clients.

So, in short within 3 days were on the milestone to finalize the logo. And within 2 more days we approved complete store branding.

What was the team composition?

I was working with Tiffany and one more guy Gary was there to help us out to figure out different steps for our upcoming digital project with Logozila

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

2 days before we officially launch our store. Despite tough times, people are coming and appreciating our work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was efficient enough that within a week we were back to business with new branding

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don't think this particular project can get better than this.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder of LaVoya’s Fearless Collections and our products are made for taller women. We design jeans, shirts, and other clothes for women with a height of 5”10 and taller. We aim to empower women, remind them to be fearless, and make them feel sexy.

What challenge were you trying to address with Logozila?

Since our business is just getting started, we need a team that can handle our marketing needs. We want a long-term relationship with someone who connects on personal and business levels at the same time.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Logozila created our logo and they currently provide marketing services for our business. Their team is responsible for our website’s content as well as our postcards and business cards.

How did you come to work with Logozila?

My partner sent the link about them and I researched their services. There weren't many reviews on them but the few bits of feedback that they had were all positive. We were initially choosing between two vendors, but our gut told us to go with Logozila.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve already spent over $2,000 on the projects.

What is the status of this engagement?

The ongoing engagement started in August 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

It’s too early to measure the success of their work through metrics but the initial projects they delivered are amazing. The logo and business cards they create are very professional and of high quality.

How did Logozila perform from a project management standpoint?

The Logozila team is very responsive — they quickly answer our questions or concerns. We mainly communicate through email or text. We like how they’re able to adjust when something is missing, we just send them a message and they’ll work on it. They’re also pretty good with project management — they’re really honest and they will surely communicate that to their clients.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We like how unique their work is. You’ll feel like they’re your personal assistant because you can call and rely on them anytime. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

When customers have more than one project with them, they could be a little bit more reasonable with the prices. We don’t mean to be inexpensive but at the end of the day, it’s still a business.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Our advice is, have a budget and know how much you need for the project. Because you can’t start something and go half a mile — you’ll need a budget and a plan.
