Logosaylove created a brand book for our company and developed a PR strategy. The team also designed our logo, letterheads, menu, posters, stickers, boxes, and creative assets. In addition, they provided guidelines about photography and our target market.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Logosaylove's work helped us increase our brand recall and customer engagement, which we observed through our offline sales. The team also provided a clear direction for growth and implementation of processes, which improved our daily operations and team performance.

We communicated via virtual meetings. Although Logosaylove took a little longer to deliver, I'm happy with the results.

As the executive chef of Matram Dwarka, I wanted our brand to tell the same story as our food — authentic, rooted in Indian traditions, yet presented with a contemporary and premium experience. LogoSayLove has handled the complete branding journey for Matram Dwarka, from understanding our vision to creating a strong and memorable identity. Their work has included our logo, brand identity, color palette, typography, menu design, takeaway packaging, restaurant signage, staff uniforms, and marketing collateral. They’ve also developed comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure consistency across every guest touchpoint.

One of the biggest outcomes of LogoSayLove’s work is that Matram Dwarka has quickly established a strong and recognizable brand identity in a highly competitive market. Guests have begun recognizing us not only for our food but also for our presentation, packaging, and overall dining experience. The consistent branding has helped build trust with first-time guests and strengthened our presence across social media and digital platforms.

As the business has grown, the brand identity has also supported our long-term vision. It has given us a professional foundation for marketing, collaborations, and future expansion. Receiving industry recognition, including the Times Food Award for Best Indian Regional Cuisine Premium Dining Restaurant, has further reinforced that we’ve created a brand guests can connect with and remember. From my perspective, LogoSayLove’s work has helped transform Matram Dwarka from a restaurant concept into a recognizable hospitality brand with a clear identity and lasting appeal.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience. If I have one suggestion, it would be to have a few more structured review sessions during the project so we could evaluate different creative directions together before finalizing certain elements. That would make the decision-making process even smoother.
