The project management team maintained close communication with us, the client. Every two weeks, a demo was presented, along with a status report detailing the current state of the deliverables. The project was delivered according to the agreed-upon timeline. 

Any changes requested during the implementation phase were first carefully analyzed and then efficiently implemented. The team was responsive to our needs, adapting as necessary while keeping us informed throughout the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We're impressed with their thorough approach to meeting our needs. Not only did they carefully analyze each of our requirements, but they also provided valuable suggestions that greatly assisted us. We had an excellent collaboration directly with the developers, who significantly helped us with technical challenges on our end. 

During the course of the project, we also underwent a complete migration to Azure. This was something we could not have managed without the expertise and assistance provided by the company.

Are there any areas for improvement or something LinkSoft Technologies could have done differently?

Overall, we were very satisfied with the company; however, if there were areas for improvement, it would be in communication during phases that involved more complex technical challenges. Although most of the information was communicated in a timely manner, in some instances, we would have appreciated quicker responses and more frequent updates.

ČSOB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KBC Bank NV, whose shares are held (directly or indirectly) by KBC Group NV. Both companies are domiciled in Brussels, Belgium. ČSOB provides its services to all groups of clients, i.e. retail (individuals) as well as SME, corporate and institutional clients.

In retail banking in the Czech Republic , ČSOB is operating under main recognized brands – ČSOB (branches) and ČSOB Poštovní spořitelna (Postal Savings Bank; branches and outlets of the Czech Post network).

• We cooperate with LinkSoft from 2010. LinkSoft is a supplier for our key system which was developed in cooperation ČSOB and LinkSoft. In these day LinkSoft provides support and development for the ČSOB key system.

Linksoft provide full support for the ČSOB key system. We cooparate daily on small development, secuirty etc. Linksoft provides full maintenance of the system. We solve different business and technology requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have supported system from LinkSoftunder SLA (ServiceLevel Agreement) and during the maintenance the system by LinkSoft SLA was not violated from 2010. We cooperated on a developement and all estimatations and agreed time were complied. Quality of delivery is on high level.

The maintenance is control by agreed cooperation and SLA. Te development is controled by waterfall or agily methology accorfing to needs. Delivers are on agreed time and according to our needs.

LinkSoft is company which provides development softwere with high quality. Our cooperation with LinkSoft is functional from 2010 and system is still running without any problems. their development work is always according to our needs. LinkSoft is strong partner for us.

We are fully satisfied with LinkSoft and we have no ares for improvement now.
