I am the Director of Brand Marketing, and I help build brand awareness and brand love for our company.

For what projects/services did your company hire Linkflow, and what were your goals?

We were looking to redesign our website and improve the experience for our consumers. Our goals were to use our site to increase SEO, drive premium subscriptions, and increase our branding. We hired Linkflow to do an SEO analysis for us and make recommendations we could implement to meet these goals.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When I started at the company, Linkflow was already contracted for a different project. I thought they were great to work with, and so when this opportunity came up, I decided to re-engage Linkflow.

We started with a project kickoff call where we got on the same page about our business objectives, metrics, and limitations. Linkflow then did extensive keyword research for relevant pages, and shared it back in an organized spreadsheet and word documents. We had several calls to iterate and continue to build out the analysis so that I could present it to my internal team and try to get alignment to move forward.

They had a project manager, and an SEO specialist. I worked with both closely throughout the project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Getting buy in to make changes to our product is difficult. Linkflow was able to help me build a business case, and have clear actionable recommendations for our team to follow. I successfully got alignment from our product team, and up through the CEO.

We mostly use email to communicate and calls as needed. They are always willing to jump on a call to discuss.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is clear that they are SEO experts. They are highly collaborative, patient in explaining things we don't understand, and hardworking.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I had to follow up a few times to get deliverables that they said they would send. But it was manageable, and their quality of work was worth waiting for.

I am a co-founder of a training and consulting business that helps digital agencies streamline their operations in ClickUp.

We hired Linkflow for an SEO Analysis that would identify opportunities for us to bring in more agencies interested in using our services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had previously worked with the founder on a project and knew they had an impressive team and processes, plus deep expertise in link building and both on and off-site SEO. I liked the personalities of the two founders, Josh and Ben a lot - solid guys who were a ton of fun to work with.

We started out with an initial engagement to review our overall SEO strategy. We were debating two potential approaches to SEO - one that involved creating long-form content, and another that involved building links directly to a page that had high conversion potential. LinkFlow started the project by doing in-depth keyword research, and based on their findings advised us to focus on the page with the high conversion potential. In their view, this search term they identified was “a potential goldmine” for conversions from SEO.

They then provided us with the specific terms we needed to use both on the page and in the anchor text linking to the page in order to link to our desired terms. They then gave us direct advice around how to build links to that page, which anchor text to use, how many links were needed. We took a pause on the engagement at that point because we needed to build out the content and keywords required to rank on that page, but as soon as we are finished we will look to them to help us build links to that page.

We worked with an SEO specialist named Michelle who handled our project and she did an excellent job recommending a potential opportunity for us to rank quickly for a service that we provide by making some simple additions to our site.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were made aware of an opportunity for a service of ours that could have us ranking on the first page relatively quickly, simply by creating a page that targets that service and optimizing onpage content around the target keywords. We were thrilled to hear this because the KWD was low and the search intent and volume was high. Linkflow did an excellent job of understanding our business and our services and looking for the right kind of opportunity for us to take advantage of.

The workflow was very effective and straightforward. They told us exactly what needed to be done and how long it would take, and everything happened as planned.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I like their laser-like focus on link building and SEO strategy. Their acumen in this area was clearly head and shoulders above other SEO firms we worked with in the past. We also liked the personalities of everyone we worked with, from the founders (Ben and Josh) to Michelle. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and go the extra mile for clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Overall not much. I found the experience to be very positive and have recommended them to many of our clients since working with them.

I'm the founder and CEO of a digital marketing agency helping e-commerce businesses grow in Europe and North America.

We were looking for a link building agency that could build high quality backlinks for our clients to improve their organic search rankings. This was not an easy thing to find. Many agencies promised great links, but under-delivered on quality.

We found Linkflow through a mutual connection in the marketing agency world, and were happy to learn that they offered white label link building as a service to other marketing agencies.

Our main goal was to build high quality backlinks for our clients and improve their organic search rankings on the main search engine platform.

Our main point of contact was Gretel, who was super responsive and friendly from the get-go. She made everything very clear and easy to understand. We’d love to have her as part of our team!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The end results were great. One of our clients ended up ranking #1 for their desired keyword after 5 months of link building! Needless to say they were very happy with the results.

We had a great experience working with Linkflow. The link order placement process was super easy (we ordered through their online portal), and they provided detailed reporting each month of the links they built so we could go in and see the quality for ourselves. Everything was as they promised - strong and quality links from relevant articles with good web metrics. I liked that they had no fixed contracts and were very flexible - we could order as many links as we wanted each month for various clients of ours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I would highly recommend Linkflow to any company that needs some outsourced link building done in a high-quality, safe manner.

Nothing comes to mind now.

Since beginning with Linkflow we have noticed significant improvements in our ranking on various keywords. They have also helped us identify new opportunities for growth, and helped us succeed there.

Communication has always been prompt, they have always kept us informed of any changes, and are quick to respond to any questions with detailed and educational answers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their consistency in quality links is unmatched. With other services we have seen quality links at first, but the quality has dropped off over time. With Linkflow the quality of links build has always remained consistently high. We started with them expecting a short term link building campaign, but their results have been so impressive that they have become a long-term partner that we just raised our spend with again, because the results are clear for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they have gone above and beyond in every area, I can't think of anything I would like for them to improve/
