We wanted help with our SEO, specifically gaining high quality and related backlinks from authoritative sources.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I came across them when doing research to replace the SEO agency I just fired for being dishonest and having terrible communication. Setup a call with them and about 5 other agencies at the same time committing to giving my business to the one who seemed to understand the game the best.

Our engagement began with a phone call to find out what our needs were. I was very impressed by the unique strategies Linkbuilder.io was able to come up with on the call with no previous knowledge of our niche. Then we proceeded to setup a tracking dashboard showing all the key metrics that are important to me. They started out linkbuilding to just one of my websites, but over the years that expanded to over 10 websites.

There were around 4 people working on my campaigns behind the scenes, however I had direct contact with the CEO Stewart whenever I wanted help or just to bounce ideas off of. I also had 1 dedicated account rep who sent out monthly performance updates.

They have crushed every campaign I've given them. This was done by attacking our target keywords and content with multiple strategies at the same time. So if one didn't work out, we had multiple others going on to ensure success.

They're by far the best communicating SEO company I've worked with. Always available by email and phone whenever I needed them. There hasn't been a single month go by over the years where they didn't send me a progress update and ask if I wanted them to do anything differently.

They are never complacent with their SEO strategies, which is important in this industry. They are always trying new things and experimenting which is something I haven't found in over 15 other agencies I've hired and worked with before. They go above and beyond in their performance and are always pushing the envelope in the industry. I consider them the gold standard of SEO. They're truly unique in their service and work ethic and stand out as the obvious winner in a category overrun with spammy SEO companies who overpromise and under deliver.

My expectations have more than been exceeded and their performance continues to improve over time and increased budget.
