Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a B2B marketing strategy and marketing technology consultancy. I'm the co-founder.

For what projects/services did your company hire Line 25 Consulting, and what were your goals?

We were working with a client to launch their brand and wanted to explain the evolution of the logo development. However, we wanted to make sure that our explanation didn't have any language that might inadvertently offend people.

How did you select this vendor?

I'd heard great things about Michelle through others in Houston's marketing community, so I reached out and set up a call. I appreciated that she understood our goals and needs. She was responsive and professional.

I sent our deck on the brand evolution to her and talked through our rationale. She researched keywords we used to identify if any were exposing the company to risk. She sent us a well-researched deck with her findings, which we were able to immediately incorporate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Sometimes talking about issues relating to DEI and inclusive language can be intimidating. I certainly don't want to make mistakes! Michelle was not only professional, which gave me confidence that she would guide us well, but I didn't feel intimidated that I might get something wrong. I felt that there was a high-level of trust.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No - I was very impressed with Michelle's work.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The unique perspective on the topic. It's not easy to find speakers with so much knowledge about inclusive marketing.

The speaker provided the event description including the key points she was going to cover during the event. We launched the event and promoted it. We also provided a list of questions that were covered during the session. The session has a Q&A format.

Only Michelle and she was great.
