I was the Product Manager for An Engineering Conglomerate and Part of my responsibilities included ensuring the right product is brought to the customer and the product also reaches the right customers.

Being in a Niche industry our branding and collateral had to establish a strong sense of trust and precision very discreetly.

I met Glen at an industry Expo and the exchange of Ideas began there. Very soon we found ourselves involved in multiple projects because of the way his team understood exactly what we intended to achieve

Libcom Teams work involved visiting our factories and clients to understand our products and its expectations better. Further they streamlined and brought about subtle differences between features and benefits and that has made the difference.

We had a streamlined product collateral that synced with the company's brand identity and the same was seamless over event posters, brochures and digital collateral

Well it would be great to see them handling a broader range of services to be a single stop shop. Im sure they are already doing it over time.

I’m the district marketing manager for a marketing and advertising agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Libcom Branding?

We were looking for design resources because we didn’t have any designers in-house.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Libcom Branding helped us with our external client’s branding and logo designs. I shared with them information about what our third-party client’s business was all about. Then, we asked them to give us a few ideas.

After that, we had three calls which included a kickoff meeting where we discussed the brand colors and how they should match with the logo. During that call, we gave them all of our external client’s requirements. In the end, they gave us five different designs to choose from. 

The team also reached out to us and suggested if they could revamp our external customer's site. In the end, our external customer agreed that we should go for it. One of their biggest contributions was refreshing the outdated infographics on our website. 

What is the team composition?

After their founder assigned a designer to our project, we were in touch with their project manager and designer.

We needed someone who could work within a small budget, and a friend recommended Libcom Branding.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $150 for the logo design and we spent $350 for the additional work they had on our website. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our collaboration ran from March–May 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They were very precise in producing designs that were aligned with our external client’s vision. It only took 3–4 calls for the team to understand what our third-party stakeholders wanted.

We were originally just going for a logo design but we found them to be really creative. In the end, our external customer was happy and impressed with the team’s output. On our side, we appreciated Libcom Branding’s expertise. 

How did Libcom Branding perform from a project management standpoint?

We used Google Meet to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their prices were really good. When I told the project manager about the small budget of our external client, he was fine with it. Other agencies I spoke to charge a lot more to do a very small task.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Libcom Branding should increase their online presence by enhancing their marketing strategies. I only found out about them from a friend. They should be more active on social platforms such as Google because they’d miss a lot with their competition.

Their work was great and always on point with what we wanted.

Choosing a right vendor for outsourcing involves much more than just glancing at the services offered and the price lists. i had selected the Libcom by number of factors such as quality of work, value for money, timely delivery, and reliability.

We were looking many services from libcom, including creating a company logo and establishing the company design criteria, before they began building out Hi-Fi wire frames of the site.

I was struggling to get my new start-up noticed. Libcom helped me get my products spotted, and now I have improved my ROI considerably. Indeed Libcom is the best Creative Branding Agency.

We used Email Comunication but the team was always reachable over WhatsApp text/call as well.

There is always room for improvement for any team including mine, but overall, I think the project went smoothly.

Because of Libcom effective branding strategy and positioning that they offered we received a very high response from our customers complimenting our brand and our sales has a very good increase. We are extremely happy the way Libcom works they are fast effective and completed the project in the given timelines.

We had weekly meetings with the founder and owner Glenn Dmello and his team on a regular basis. They communication was effective and they effectively communicated via emails and calls given us regular updates. They also finished the work in the given timelines.

They were committed to their work, took care of our needs, and helped us reach our goals. They were offering the best customer service very sensitive to customer needs and very supportive throughout the project.
