We serve the beverages and we wanted to have a feedback system for our service from our customers, so that we can improvise our services for the betterment of our business.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I have been doing Digital Marketing for my business with them and their professionalism and commitments to the work is the best that we found.

We had a meeting with their MD to discuss about the idea of feedback system and then immediately there were another meeting with the technical team, we have provided them with our expectation and they came up with more and better solution along with the technology which made our life easier to see the report from all feedback that we receive through their developed mobile app.

I am not sure about the number of resource worked for the project, as it was a fixed cost development model, so they provided me a deadline and they completed the project way before their provided deadline. There were a constant communication from them about the project and updates.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They have delivered the project even before the final date. They have a good communication channel to update us on the project and its completion, their technical teams are very refined and well experienced on handling any kind of doubts from our end.

They have certain project management tool which they shared with us before the project was started. We reviewed all together and as mentioned earlier about their communication channel. They kept us updated about the project completion in a regular interval and showed us the Demo based on the milestones.

Their professionalism and technical expertise were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything at the moment.

I’m the director of Advaitha Consulting Services Ltd., a consulting firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Liainfraservices?

My previous vendor wasn’t delivering the solutions that we expected, nor were they working on time, so we need a new partner to help us with development and marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our project's plan was already in place, so Liainfraservices had to start working according to our requirements. Usually, products get developed, tested, and then rolled out. However, our product was being designed, developed, and taken to the market simultaneously.

Liainfraservices helped us with design and development, which were completed by June 2021. Now, they run our social media marketing.

Initially, we worked on Facebook marketing. Then, we added Instagram and Twitter to our efforts. Our target audience has been filtered over our engagement, and we’ve focused it more.

What is the team composition?

I work with Liainfraservices' designers for advertisement materials and media, and I work with their marketing manager on our marketing strategy. Additionally, I work on and off with the developers and testers. I’ve been involved in every stage because I want to know all the activities to get a more quality delivery.

I’ve also worked with the director of the company. He’s the one who took the initial call and introduced me to the team.

How did you come to work with Liainfraservices?

We explained our situation to Liainfraservices and asked if they could meet our needs. They were very happy with joining us and prioritizing our work.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in April 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I would rate Liainfraservices’ impact 9–9.5 out of 10. The product development has happened exactly how we had planned, and the enhancements, features, and designs absolutely match what we expected.

We’re now testing the product, and we’re hitting the market in the first or second week of August; it’s too early to judge the marketing side. However, the general feedback is quite good, and the quality of their work is top-notch. Given the size of the project that I had, they've performed as expected.

How did Liainfraservices perform from a project management standpoint?

Liainfraservices is highly professional. They don’t use project management tools, but they used two different tools for the project design. We communicate via Slack, which is more than enough.

Our communication started as a challenge. However, I had the advantage of coming from the same region as them, so I understood why they responded differently than what I initially expected. This understanding helped me tune myself to how they understood things, and finally, they gave me the product the way I wanted. It was all about giving and taking.

Liainfraservices is the best team to work with. We’ve had different expectations on occasions, but their project manager has worked almost 18 hours on those days to iron out the contradictions and expectations.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Liainfraservices has a high commitment sense. They’re committed to the results, and they don’t compromise on quality.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their communication could still improve. If I hadn’t understood why Liainfraservices responded in a certain way, I might have moved to another vendor. Not every client will have the same background as me, so they should improve their communication to fit the market needs.

However, they’re a very young team. Their average age is no older than 26–27 years old; they’re really open to learning.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Due to their geographical location, Liainfraservices’ communication isn’t in line with overseas markets. As a client, you should be open to working with them by communicating in a way that they understand. If you convey that part, they can get things done the way you want. Communication is key.

Additionally, you should have a clear picture of what you need to get done. If you go in with a blank mind, you might struggle to be their client. They’ll use their experience from previous projects, which might not suit your market needs. Provide them with enough information about your expectations and market needs, and set the expectations from the start.

As a small start up the management team, we didn’t have the resources or expertise to dedicate to digital marketing or SEO. We were looking for someone with a lot of experience to help us with these areas.

I did some research into different digital agencies, taking notes and going to recommended websites. I wanted a highly-ranking company and came across Liainfraservices while looking. Their website gave me all the information I needed to know, so I submitted a form. Within a day, they contacted me back.

I ended up having calls with 3–4 other companies, but they were by far the front runner from our initial call, setting the bar for every call after that.

Liainfraservices provides digital marketing services on an ongoing basis. Their team was responsible for taking a holistic view of our websites and digital footprint to create an SEO strategy. They handle both the technical and content aspects of our SEO.

Additionally, their team handles our PPC and social media campaigns, including LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

How many resources from the Liainfranservices team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Originally, we worked with only two members of their team. Revathi(Internet Marketing Specialist) manages our SEO and PPC side and Yuvaraj (Content Creator & Digital Content Specialist) manage our social media campaigns. Recently, we began working with Meriya (Internet Marketing Specialist), who makes handles all of our data analysis tools.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our online enrollments have increases, our cost per click has decreased and our website has more traffic going to it from organic sources.

It is fantastic. We have bi-weekly calls set up and are in contact communication daily.

They truly do care about their clients and the success of their clients. The entire team is very knowledgeable and approachable.

We searched through references, found Lia had a good discussion, and finally signed a contract.

We had 2 scopes, first having a digital presence, second to find the right prospects. Used digital marketing tool Mailchimp and for handling leads used Hubspot.

One account manager, we had 2 people dedicatedly working for us on social media post creation and publishing.

The social media campaign and posts were very successful, we got good growth in our followers for all our pages.

Initially, we had to have 3 meetings a week and it slowly reduced to fortnightly meetings.

The whole team is very active and committed. Completes the task within the deadline.
