We use Lexlogos for a number of translating services in any variation of Latin American Spanish or Brazilian Portuguese. They have worked on many projects for us and are my goto vendor for this language combination. They deliver top-quality, on-time and always with a professional and friendly manner. They are a partner for us and always work with us to troubleshoot and provide solutions for our host of clients.

We've been working with them for a few years and I don't remember how we first connected.

They work on all sorts of projects in any field of expertize and provide mostly translation and review, but also proofreading, testing, subtitling and voice over recording (if needed)

They are in line with industry standards for that market.

They've worked on many projects for us, they ask questions, leave comments, and always deliver on time, if not before. Late deliveries cause headaches and affects the next person in the chain, so this is something we really appreciate about their service.

Just a friendly team, always willing to help and support us and our clients.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If there is anything we work with them to figure it out. They are open to constructive feedback but none of that is related to quality. If anything it's over-zealousness on the quality side that can cause issues on layouts if we accept all changes for example.

Since 2008, Lexlogos has provided Spanish translations for a wide range of clients: governments, health officials, academics, marketing firms, NGOs, research institutes. The goal is always to provide the most accurate translation of every word in a timely manner.

We found Marité and her team using a Google search and as a result of positive client feedback, we continued to use Lexlogos for all our Spanish translation demands.

Over the years, Lexlogos has worked on simple social media sentences/tweets and very technical, lengthy reports from the fields of medicine, architecture and manufacturing. Their team is fully equipped with all the necessary software to receive the work, to translate it accurately and quickly and to return the work securely.

Lexlogos is the most competitive language service team I have EVER worked with. Their price structure is more than fair.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Lexlogos has ALWAYS - no exceptions - delivered all translations on time and at the agreed upon price. Numerous clients have expressly written to me to say how pleased they were with the translated text as it always reflects the exact meaning while also being careful to preserve the tone and level of language for the intended audience.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have always been struct about the responsiveness of all Lexlogos team members. If they have a doubt or question about a term or sentence in the source language, they seek clarification immediately. If the original author made errors, they spot them and alert me immediately. If the typeset copy is not stable or appearing properly, they notify me immediately. They are so conscientious and careful with the client's work and treat it as their own material.

Not at all. I just wish I could offer them work 365 days of the year!

We work with SDL Trados TM tools. Lexlogos also work with this system, which was an added bonus for us in order to make the streamlined service totally compatible with each others.
