Their cohesive and friendly team collaborates very well together.  From the outside, their members appear to have very complimentary skill sets.  Deliverables were always timely and Levie's thorough communication managed all of our expectations.  Our revision requests were recieved with interest, curiosity, and a desire to provide the results we were looking for.  Our design meetings were thoroughly enjoyable and Levie instilled a tremendous amount of confidence with their guidance and expert suggestions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

One of the most impressive quality about Levie Branding?  Integrity. 

There is a bit of blind faith that comes with entering into a professional relationship.  We hope we are making the right decision, however there is still some uncertanity and anxiety.  Particularly when money is involved.

From our earliest conversations, the level of professionalism, integrity, and trust that Levie's Jose and team presents is very reashuring.  Once that confidence is established, the working friendship, creativity, collaboration, and communication flows easily.  And the result is beautiful work.

I would be happy to provide constructive criticism, however, nothing comes to mind.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Levie Branding was referred to us by mutual friends. We looked them up, saw their work and their credentials and decided to give them a call. Jose and Tia made us feel really at ease with the whole process.

We got in contact and described our needs and wants. We gave Levie Branding a document with our goals, our identity, and our philosophies. We showed them our work and where we wanted to head to. They gave us feedback on what would be the best way to portray ourselves and began working on our rebranding. After a couple of revisions, we had a new Logo, a new Website, and a new marketing strategy that we were happy with.

We worked with 4 people. Tia and Jose, owners, and Ali and Fabi who were in charge of the designs.

We have a new working website with our desired identity. We have a new marketing strategy that already reflects new and higher traffic to our site.

It was very effective. They were always available whenever we had questions and solved them right away over the phone or video call.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The personalized way they worked with us. It really felt like a custom service that cared for our company and saw us as individuals and not just as another client. We felt taken care of.

We honestly think they did an amazing job, and we were completely happy with their services.

I'm the founder of a company called Keyma. We're a brand that has created beachwear in the luxury category; our main items are beach bags, beach pouches, ponchos, and beach towels.

What challenge were you trying to address with Levie Branding?

We had the whole concept of our company, but we didn’t have a name, a brand image, or anything. We were new to the States, and we were looking for someone who could take the idea we had in our mind and help us create a brand image in the States focused on the American market without losing the whole vibe of the company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Levie Branding did naming and branding for us. We only had the idea, and they had to help us create the whole brand. They were very helpful, took us step by step, and told us exactly what we needed to do through an interviewing process.

We also gave them a lot of information about the other companies with similar projects to ours, and they brought it to life through a very successful timeframe — every step was well thought through.

What is the team composition?

I worked with Jose (Partner & Chief Design Officer) and another 3–4 people throughout the project. One person was helping with the logo, someone else with the photos, and another with advice and information regarding the whole branding and the company's look.

How did you come to work with Levie Branding?

I looked through companies, and I liked Levie Branding's website. We interviewed a couple of companies but went with Levie because they were very precise on their timing, the pricing, and the time frame, which won us over.

How much have you invested in them?

We've spent around $20,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in September 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don’t have any metrics yet because we're now going live. We had a few ups and downs with production because it is overseas, but whoever has seen the site and the branding has told me it is beautiful, and all the marketing agencies have asked me who I have worked with. Even people back in my home country were amazed at how they could take a Greek idea and translate it into an American company.

Overall, they've done an incredible job. There were no alterations to what they sent me, and any changes we had to make were minimal.

How did Levie Branding perform from a project management standpoint?

We speak directly with Jose and also email the group as a whole.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication and commitment to the project are outstanding — they've been able to take my ideas and bring them to life.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could offer more services, but honestly, I am happy with their work. They've gone above and beyond for me — if I pay them for five things, they'd produce 7–8 deliverables to give me everything I need.

I’m the associate director of Fountainhead Arts. We’re an arts organization that operates an artist residency, an artist studio complex, and a county-wide open studio event.

I oversee marketing and communications, as well as provide support for fundraising and development.

What challenge were you trying to address with Levie Branding?

We started as a passion project and became a nonprofit only four years ago. We’d never gone through a branding process, and our founder had created our website, so we needed to completely change our look to elevate our brand and position as a premier artist residency. Our alumni are some of the most recognizable names in contemporary art — their work sells for millions of dollars — so we needed a brand to match that prestige.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Levie Branding delivered the full brand, delivering all sorts of creative, including newsletter templates, invitations, business cards, and stationary. We provided most of the copy because we already had that capability in-house and wanted to keep costs down; we didn’t have an unlimited budget. Levie was certainly the creative director behind the branding, however.

We also hired them to build our website.

What is the team composition?

We predominantly deal with Jose, Ali, and Fabiola. Marvin provided some additional creative.

How did you come to work with Levie Branding?

They were recommended to us by one of our board members and became one of four agencies we requested proposals from. We chose them because we liked their presentation and trusted the recommendation we received. Moreover, Levie was able to offer some of their services in-kind, which reduced our bottom line.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000­–$15,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since March 2021. The branding project was delivered, and because we loved it so much, we’ve established an arrangement where we call on them for key services when we need them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve run a few ad campaigns with design items that Levie furnished, and they have been highly successful. Also, the feedback we’ve received from our community is great; we hear all the time how much people love our brand.

How did Levie Branding perform from a project management standpoint?

It’s very easy to work with them because I can always reach them. We connect whenever we need to, mostly communicate over email, phone calls, and texts.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our founder and advisor aren’t familiar with the branding process, so Levie’s handholding was very helpful and thoughtful.

A lot of agencies will forget that the client needs to come first and that they have to bend and shift to deliver on the client’s needs. Levie doesn’t get proud with their creative and fight you on changes; they’re adaptable and flexible. Even when it’s last minute, they’ll respond to our needs. They excel at meeting the client where they are.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think so. They’ve done everything well, including the hand off.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Come to the table with a good sense of what you want your brand to be. It’s especially important to have concrete examples of what you want them to deliver.

Many of our customers comment on the original and unique design of the logo and website, which is a testament to the agencies work. We've seen great reward and return on this investment - as its established our credibility in the industries we serve.

We had weekly meetings with the founders to go over progress and align on next steps. Additionally, we communicated over email regularly for updates. For each step, they would ask for our feedback and implement it quickly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Founders, Tia and Jose Nava, are efficient, have brilliant ideas, and most of all, they’re extremely fun to work with. They understood my vision and my business because they spent countless hours enveloping themselves in it. I am the co-founder and CEO of a craft spirits brand. We are available on shelves in over 350 locations in FL, NY and SoCal, as well as online nationwide. I oversea production, distribution and our online advertising.

I met Jose in real life and he remained in contact with me for many months before a project worked out together. That's one of Jose's greatest skills... communication. Once we started off with one project, we loved the work and the level of attention it got that we continued to bring new projects to Levie.

On our recent brand audit and rebrand work, Jose came to meet with us in person to deep dive into our current positioning and brand assets, and discuss our new outlook for the brand, inspiration, messaging etc.

He sat with our creative directer and myself, we literally put it all out on the table (print outs of everything) to have visuals of the transgression over time. From there we pinpointed the direction and Jose got to work. From there we continued collaborating remotely and got to where we felt we had nailed the brand assets perfectly.

Our new brand identity is what draws people to our product and they really love it. Our nuanced take on 1980's Miami is well understood and appreciated.

As mentioned, Jose is highly communicative and will keep you posted along the way as he works on your project. He'll call you with questions and multiple drafts of his work. From there you'll discuss how to move forward and he'll have a finished product for you in no time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I truly enjoy working with Jose and Tia. I'm impressed by their professionalism, communication skills, and of course, their technical skills. It's a pleasure finding teams to work with that take the time to understand your need and will dedicate time to bring your vision to life.

I've watched Le Vie grow from their early stages to a more comprehensive agency now. I look forward to seeing them grow even more!
