Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We were launching a new, innovative product to the market, which was complex. It had been launched a number of years earlier, before any of our involvement, and failed because of production challenges. We were brought in to support with the production of the product, and the marketing of it too. We engaged with Lem-uhn to support us with raising the credibility of the product and driving awareness for the founder and the product.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They gained a lot of coverage for us, both for our founder and the product, in some top tier publications and some that were perfect for our target audience. So were pivitol in driving awareness for the brand. We weren't able to get to reviews, however they did work on another brand and managed to deliver this for that.

Exceptional. Well organised, communication was excellent, and responded timely to anything we needed. They also were very reactive in terms of jumping on opportunities to capitalise on them.

I don't think so, I would happily work with them again.

I’m the founder of Cool Crutches, a company that designs and sells comfortable, durable, and colourful crutches, walking sticks, and accessories. We offer both standard and personalized options for individuals and businesses.

What challenge were you trying to address with Lem-uhn?

We needed help increasing our coverage, backlinks, brand value, and awareness by aligning ourselves as the leader in our industry.

Lem-uhn tackled our brief with enthusiasm, professionalism, and, most importantly, results. They delivered high-quality coverage both online and in print over the course of our engagement. The team asked the right questions at the right time to maximize our time and effort.In terms of specific deliverables, Lem-uhn secured publications for us in The Times, The Telegraph, Hello!, Metro, Forbes, Vogue, and more.

Riannon reached out on LinkedIn. Having worked in PR for many years I instantly liked Ri and her approach seemed genuine, realistic and proactive. We chose them over other options because they were a great culture fit, their company values aligned with ours, and Rhiannon (Founder & CEO) was fantastic on the phone. She instantly understood what we were looking for and how she could help us specifically.

We worked together from January 2021–December 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lem-uhn increased our domain authority through quality links to our website, as well as our reach, new eyeballs, and consequent acquisition of new customers. They were phenomenal at what they did and transformed our business, helping us grow from five to seven figures in less than two years.

How did Lem-uhn perform from a project management standpoint?

Lem-uhn’s project management was fantastic. They delivered on time and surpassed our expectations every year. We primarily communicated via virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by how efficient they were. They appreciated how precious time was when you’re a founder, so they extracted value from me personally and from us as a team to craft compelling press releases and secure high-quality coverage. If you haven’t worked with them yet, don’t hesitate — they’re sensational.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any.

I hope to start working with them again later in 2026.
