We had to conduct our checks to ensure there were no similar names on the market and discovered some that were quite similar. Proactively addressing these legal checks and conducting in-depth research using patent databases to ensure the uniqueness of their proposed names could significantly improve their service and client satisfaction.

It’s difficult to write concrete KPI of project. Brand become more modern and understanding for our customers. We become closer to our audience. Audience “Touch point” become better. Level of brand awareness doesn’t diminished, we also save balance between old and new style, especially when brand exist 20 years. Redesign should refresh us, save brand awareness and increase brand loyalty.

We work systemically Meetings, tasks, timelines, agreements, next meeting with presentation. And several cycles (depends on how much it will be enough).

At this stage, they presented our new positioning. It was really strong because it’s based on data from research. Then they created a brand identity according to strategy. The final step was the communication strategy which include main communication messages

I communicated with Illia, co-founder. Also, strategist and designer were involved in the working process.

They did a great job. We had some improvement idea for branding and they include all of it in the next presentation. As a result, we had a nice design, clear positioning and communications ideas for our brand and used them. For instance, on Instagram.
