I am a company director for a premium jewellery business, we specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke, hand-crafted jewellery.

LBD has been working with us to create a new website. We want it to reflect the ethos of our family business, so we need to work with someone who really understands what we offer and can translate this into the look and design, so that our customers are able to find all the information they need, as well as get a feel for our values and our expertise.

LBD has excellent credentials, they take the time to listen and working with Liam is a pleasure, he's very good at what he does.

The project is still ongoing, but the process so far has been very easy. LBD has guided us at every stage, we can't wait to see the end result.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Too early to say, other than the brand and visuals we've seen so far look great.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

No issues here, it's been very efficient. The only delays to the project have been due to us providing content and photography for the team to work with. But again LBD have been very patient and understanding with this.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The initiative LBD has shown in leading where needed. They are able to take a small idea into new options and ways of delivering effective solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at all.

We were in desperate need of a complete revamp of our existing website that was outdated and did not convey the message of why we exist and what we offer.

We looked at a couple of potential providers but chose LBD Studio as we felt they had grasped a quick understanding of our problem.

Since launch we have seen a steady improvement in our rankings on Google.

Regular progress meetings were arranged at every step along the way with action points reinforced when an input was required by ourselves.

I loved the fantastic end result. Our website was second to none in terms of its look and professionalism.

Our only regret is not having done this sooner!

The programme of work was hugely beneficial to our company. Audience retention has been strong since launch and continues to grow.

The workflow was seamless, and assets were always on time, and to a level we were very happy with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about LBD Studio is their ability to turn around work quickly and to the standard of much larger brand agencies. In our experience, the value for money far surpasses other studios and we have complete confidence that their work will be effective and memorable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There is nothing I can think of that I would change about LBD Studio and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to develop their business.
