I'm the people and culture lead of Diagnostikare, a medical company that offers health and wellness solutions for companies by combining technology, data analysis, and AI with primary care and preventive programs to improve productivity and reduce costs.

What challenge were you trying to address with LaPieza?

We needed to find a candidate whose profile aligned with our organization's goals, values, and budget. This was challenging due to the highly specialized nature of the role.

What was the scope of their involvement?

LaPieza sourced and identified qualified candidates, conducted an effective screening process to ensure that only candidates who matched the role's technical requirements and overall fit advanced to the first interview, and coordinated interviews and all other activities involved in the recruitment process. The team provided several deliverables throughout the process, including candidate reports with comparison tables, interview summaries, and, for the final candidate, skills assessment reports and reference check reports.
