I was in a panic as I was hacked for the third time in 2023. I reached out to Lannan Technologies for help stopping thousands of fradulent emails going out all over the world. My ability to run my business came to a halt. Lannan got Microsoft to halt all emails going out from my email address. I was able to receive new emails and swith to my Gmail account to reply. 

They corrected my problem, and added Cyber Security software on to my computer. It is now a month later and thankfully nonew hacking. The price is only $60 per month to be free from hackers. What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The hacking of my site ended, and the fraudulent emails being sent using my email address stopped, and I could go back to running my business. Also, new Cyber Security Software was installed. Their people even took my calls at 10 PM and on 12-26.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Faster service than I expected. Calls as late as 10 PM on the day I was hacked. It took extra hours to bring my hacking under control. And follow ups were done over the Christmas Holiday. Very impressed.
