I’m the president and owner of The Handyman Company, a construction company. We provide repair, remodeling, and maintenance services for homes and businesses across Florida. We offer skilled workmanship in carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing, and electrical work by licensed professionals.

What challenge were you trying to address with L3ad Solutions?

I was looking for a company that was local, familiar with the areas I operate, and provided all the services I needed: web design, SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.

What was the scope of their involvement?

L3ad Solutions has redesigned my website to align with current technology and optimized it for organic search and lead conversions. They’ve also revamped my Google Business Pages and other social media sites and set up my email marketing solution. Additionally, they’ve set up a review management system to help my team easily request and manage customer reviews.

Moreover, L3ad Solutions has rewritten my entire website using current programming languages, which has greatly increased our page loading speed and allowed AI searches to see our web pages. The website has also been designed for lead conversions.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

All my traffic has increased from the prior site, including organic, direct, and referral traffic. The online estimate form submissions have increased 10 times. For example, in June and July 2026, I received six and seven form submissions, respectively. In August 2026, we had 36 form submissions, and in September 2026, we had 53.

Moreover, we’re moving up in rankings in all the markets I operate in, which are six. Our reviews have also increased due to L3ad Solutions’ review management solution. That’s been another great success story, going from a few reviews a month to 30 in the last month.

How did L3ad Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is excellent. I’m always aware of the project statuses and tasks available on the customer portal they’ve provided us. That and the weekly status updates keep me informed. We communicate via email and messaging apps.
