I’m the co-creative director at Bex Brands, a graphic design agency.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Kymera?

We had an outdated website that didn’t showcase what we did, and our business has changed quite a bit over the years. We wanted to refresh our website, so we needed a good partner who could implement the latest and best updates.
 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kymera helped us develop and design a new website from scratch that accurately depicts our new brand identity. We also wanted the website to have a responsive design, all the latest animations, and a user-friendly backend system. Hence, whenever we want to post a new case study, we have all the design tools that we need as far as how the animation goes, what the sequencing is, and how to make changes on each page and its content. 

The team also put in all the frameworks for SEO along with the plugins to build it. They gave us a quick tutorial on how to place keywords and meta descriptions. The site was built on WordPress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We got a lot of great feedback from our existing customers. Also, our business started growing further ever since we launched our new website.

How did Kymera perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered on time and within budget. We communicated via email and held scheduled phone calls and Zoom meetings. We used a specific software for QA.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their owner was impressive — he was very laid back, articulate, and communicated clearly. He also never acted like anything was over his head and always found solutions. Overall, we were very confident in his abilities.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should expand their team so that they can take on more projects.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be buttoned up, organized, and ready to collaborate — teamwork is an essential key to success.
