My company hired Kyber to first asses the security of our network (which was found to be lacking with the incumbent IT Management firm) and then to help guide us with solutions to make our network more secure and functional. We've continued to contract with Kyber to be our Help Desk, to consult with device purchases and installations, and generally all of our IT/Cybersecurity needs.

From the IT management our company had in place in 2021, almost anything would have been a measurable improvement. Our goals were to put a strong, capable IT/Cybersecurity partner in place to help administer updated security tools within our network and to help us manage our licenses and devices.

We hired Kyber for a system assessment, which they oversaw the details of and delivered on time. They helped us understand the results and revelations of the assessment and how we could improve our security. They've been our IT Management partners since and have helped us with all our IT and Cybersecurity needs.

For three years, Kyber has provided outsourced information technology management for 15 users for a financial services small business lender. Services include those below with regular assessments of risks, needs, and areas of improvement. We are no longer reacting, we are proactively working with our vendor to ensure the safety of our data, our client's information and our staff. We have entrusted our entire infrastructure management with Kyber. Services and deliverables have included:

• Network management: Strategic business technology needs and assessment; manage all equipment, software, network and user needs. 
• Security services: Annual cyber security review and assessment, multi-factor authentication, web filtering and DNS management, managed server and endpoint security patching, email takeover and hijacking protection, email security and encryption, employee awareness training, employee social engineering testing, monthly end user awareness tips, managed next generation firewall, managed next generation endpoint protection, advanced threat detection, and vulnerability scans/management.

We have a dedicated customer service manager that manages all projects and communicates with us regularly about our satisfaction or conflicts; we have regular contact with the Director of Services about our needs and areas of growth or risk management; We have semi-annual business reviews with the CIO and quarterly business reviews with the team about what had been accomplished during the quarter and what remains in que. Timelines are established and met on every occasion. The team is always available and conflicts are handled promptly and successfully.

The teamwork is top-notch. Expectations are set and agreed upon, actions toward goals are outlined and accomplished, and communication is abundant with conflicts (if any) resolved. They offer a comprehensive package of services and are excellent about partnering with us to establish growth goals and a budget to achieve those goals.

None that come to mind. Every vendor relationship is different. We appreciate their willingness to discuss any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
