I am co-founder of Microdra design solutions. We provide Cad drafting services including solar and engineering drawings services across the world.

We just started the business with the hope. Then we realised that we need to reach all over the world. So we identified the sources where we can grow from the initial investment in website development to digital marketing services.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

KVN Promos was referred by one of our clients in India along with a few digital marketers around the world. But we finalised KVN Promos with the strong belief of their strength in their strategies.

We started with Website development on our domain and in 2014 October they initiated SEO. At the time SEO was in good shape to bring results. Later we were needed to do PPC, Social media marketing, email marketing, video branding and marketing according to marketing trends.

We are coordinating with one person from KVN Promos who is taking care of all our service requirements and full-filling so far on time

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Their SEO Services was amazingly brought more leads as well as helped to recruit our big team. Invested in PPC and resulted in more than 50% of organic leads. Email marketing and video marketing also sighted us in more visibility to become a market leader.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They call us and discuss performance and results periodically. Also, they suggest what should be trim and added based on the current marketing trends. Since we have one point of communication, we are happy to be very clear and specific.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very optimized in services to cut down the cost and where to invest and when to invest to harvest more leads.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are associating with them since 2014, Still, we are paying them annually. We will be happy if they consider making it monthly.

Just I was looking to increase walk-ins especially for events and catering services. They suggested going with essential platforms such as website renovations, especially suggested new domains to enhance branding, seo, social media platforms/promotions, paid ads in google, video marketing, email marketing, online reputations and so on.

We were in traditional marketing and when I associated with KVN Promos, explored the current scenario needs of an online presence. So we believed to improve our online presence to improve visibility as well as branding via online platforms. Happly we are enjoying our engagements in our schedules.

Renovated our website with new domain. Created Social media platforms and optimised Automated emails to our existing customers to bring back them. Do creative for social media platforms and promote it Wonderfull video composing and do marketing Online Reputation Mangement

As I have been once at their office, they could be 20 to 30. but not counted. I am in touch with two of them regularly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We meet monthly twice to discuss our principles, events, customer groups, where we wanted to be. Almost we are completed engaged in our calendar and looking to expand our team and systems to handle more as we invested in Digital Marketing.

Hassle free coordination since we single point of communications. Some times might not goes as we expected while busy schedules to communicate.

Their commitment, creativity and guidance are impressive. They analyse deeply about industry which helps our business module. They act as offline consultant also.

Could improve value-added services such as media buying, sms marketing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Because of the intense support from KVN Promos, we were able to generate close to 3–4 quality inquiries per day. Our team has been working diligently to convert these potential inquiries into customers, and our conversion rates have been pretty good since the beginning of their work with us.

We’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback on the overall look of our new website and materials in general. It has helped us to leave a much better first impression when we interact with companies and customers.

How did KVN Promos perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management has been absolutely great throughout all of our work with them. They’re even helping to promote our events. If they have any issues, they come to us to get it taken care of, and they make sure that there is open communication and a lot of input between teams so that there’s never any red tape in the way of getting things done.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their commitment to us is on another level. Sometimes when I’m busy with other parts of our business they will find me and deliver whatever information and content I need to make sure we are always making steps forward.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Sometimes I wish they could support us in offline marketing as well as online, because no other promoters are as good as KVN Promos.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure you are always paying them on time, because if they are not worried about they pay they will keep working even if they deliver everything that you ask for, and you will actually get extra benefits from your engagement with them.
