What challenge were you trying to address with Kreeda Labs?

We needed support to co-ideate, design, and develop a two-part AI application from the ground up. The first part of the app needed to collate all policies and SOPs and be accessible to all employees, providing a conversational element to documents instead of employees expecting to read through 100–150 pages of processes. The second part of the app needed to provide quick analytical data insights to allow HR teams to sift through system-generated data sets on HR metrics and help build data-backed insights.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kreeda Labs created an agentic AI app deployed within our company's IT infrastructure and created user-based accesses. The team also allowed regular updates and maintenance to take place as part of life cycle activities. The team provided the full application and shared SOP and file library for the recipient teams.

Kreeda Labs has achieved both objectives for our requirements. We’ve seen a higher engagement count with the employees and measurable reports created to help track utilization. We’ve also received very positive feedback from all users; everyone finds this app a big game changer to the existing processes.

The problem statement involves automating trend prediction and improving the user experience for both internal and external users. To address this, we propose to split the product delivery plan into 3 phases: - 

Phase 1: MVP | Internal Users – Trend Analysis Automation

The MVP will be focused on ensuring automation in current trend analysis (without the predictive algorithm) is ready with a high degree of accuracy, for adoption by the Internal users. Phase 1 will be further split into two milestones. This will entail:

1.     Project Initiation

2.     Data Collection and Preparation
- Collect and organize trend-related data sources.

·       Initiate with a singular category and a limited data set. 

·       Create the end-to-end with this limited data set, training the model to provide the necessary accuracy demanded, and use the learnings on SOP, ideal API’s, sorting the kinks, etc.

·       Design and arrive at the final ui/ux features for the model. 

·       Once the prototype is ready, we can seek to expand to other categories more smoothly and effectively, ensuring regular assessment and validation.

Reduced manual research effort for Fashion Researcher's and Forecaster's by 40–50%, accelerating insights from weeks to hours (2–3x faster). Boosted adoption and engagement by 30%+ through features like collections and boards, enabling faster, structured decision-making

The founder and team have been amazingly collaborative and diligent. While there were delays (from both parties), the intent to fastrack and be judicious in outcomes was always there. As a bootstrapped start up, they have been very forthcoming partners working almost like an inhouse team. They did have a learning curve, given the specialty of the field (fashion) but no challenge was left unaddressed. Errors when occured where owned up. The exchange was always with the "an intent to solve for".

The project covered the complete development lifecycle. Core product modules and user journeys were implemented and made available for real production use. Essential integrations and workflows were established to ensure smooth operation across the system. A scalable cloud-based architecture was set up, enabling future enhancements such as video creation and audio voice-over capabilities.

Kreeda was very present during the whole period of analysis and development. We had a daily very brief meeting (15 minutes) to make a check and to be sure nothing was slowing the project. Kreeda labs was helpful right from brainstorming, planning, designing, prototyping to delivery phase of our gamified fitness product (Yipli). Over a period of from 2.5 years, Kreeda labs delivered multiple games both single and multiplayer. Kreeda labs was instrumental to carve out a solid go-to market strategy & help us pilot the product well in the market. A dedicated team of 2-5 engineers/ designers/ technology leader was assigned to achieve the goals laid down by Yipli.
