The problem statement involves automating trend prediction and improving the user experience for both internal and external users. To address this, we propose to split the product delivery plan into 3 phases: - 

Phase 1: MVP | Internal Users – Trend Analysis Automation

The MVP will be focused on ensuring automation in current trend analysis (without the predictive algorithm) is ready with a high degree of accuracy, for adoption by the Internal users. Phase 1 will be further split into two milestones. This will entail:

The founder and team have been amazingly collaborative and diligent. While there were delays (from both parties), the intent to fastrack and be judicious in outcomes was always there. As a bootstrapped start up, they have been very forthcoming partners working almost like an inhouse team. They did have a learning curve, given the specialty of the field (fashion) but no challenge was left unaddressed. Errors when occured where owned up. The exchange was always with the "an intent to solve for".

The project covered the complete development lifecycle. Core product modules and user journeys were implemented and made available for real production use. Essential integrations and workflows were established to ensure smooth operation across the system. A scalable cloud-based architecture was set up, enabling future enhancements such as video creation and audio voice-over capabilities.

Kreeda was very present during the whole period of analysis and development. We had a daily very brief meeting (15 minutes) to make a check and to be sure nothing was slowing the project. The team was required to make a few interactive wall games. They were required to test the games on the wall and implement multi-touch code for wall based systems

• The team were supposed to deliver multiple games. On an average 2 games where delivered per month which were rigorously tested
