It is still an ongoing project where we are trying to develop space for media-community and develop the community itself as well

Once we selected the vendor we had several meetings. First we described our aims and our activity. After that vendor made research into our business we had series of meetings where, 1st, we got initial feedback and then feedback in implementing activities we were advised by the vendor

We got initial feedback from the 3rd party that doesn't have this tunnel-view as we do. Also we see improvements after we implemented activities that we were advised

We hired Kosmiqs LLC to run our Facebook page. We don't have any marketing or content creation team so we decided to give content creation and management to outsourcing. We needed content plan and content itself: images, texts, videos.

We wanted to increase our organic audience reach and to diverse our content. The final goal was to get conversion in online and offline sells.

From the very beginning the audience reach increased up to 150%. And there were up to 10 clients from Facebook page over 2 monthes without any promotions.

We cooperate in messenger only and there is no problems with performing the project. The team work fast and effectively.

Their main strength is their desire to work and to give more than was agreed. They are very flexible in their work.

Everything is going fine. Their own video production studio can be an improvement.

I wanted to grow the number of internet orders for my store, to create a brand of my store as favorite and trusted local designers showroom in my city and also in the whole country. Despite of the fact that Kosmiqs office isn't in my city I have no questions about the organization of our work together. They organised all of necessary activities (e.g. shooting) perfectly.

The main goal was and yet is to engage people to my online and off-line stores I wanted people to feel the atmosphere of my off-line show room through my Instagram and this was one of the main tasks for marketers’ team.

I met ms Liia from Kosmiqs team on SMM conference, spoke with her and made a desition to cooperate with her team. Now I feel that it was a brilliant idea for me and my business. Because at first I wanted to do all these tasks myself. She literally saved me!

I negotiated with Liia. As far as I know there are 5 people in their team. But I could be wrong.

Like I’ve said I spoke with Liia by myself. I have great results and hope they like my project too much like I’m.

She is online 24 hours a day. I’m not sure if she sleeps.
