We hired KORIX to take our supplement business online from scratch. They built our complete e-commerce store with over 200 products, online payments, Cash on Delivery and home delivery across India.

Beyond the store, they built a custom operations system our team uses every day to manage orders across both our store locations, tracks stock level, create shipments, and process refunds- all from one place on mobile.

Before this, we were managing everythin manually on Whatsapp. now our staff at both branches work independenctly from a single dashboard without calling each other constantly.

What impressed us was how KORIX used AI throughout the development process, accelerating  build time, catching issues faster and delivering  a high quality product than traditional developmetn alone  would have  allowed. The platform was also architected from day one to support future AI capabalities along with the current like automated reordering, demand forecasting and personalied product recommendations as our business grows.

• Security tests completed before launch, 24 vulnerabilities found and fixed. Zero critical issues at go live platform is secure and production ready.

But this is a minor observation, not a complaint.
