We approached Koredyne because Full Contact Kuwait needed a website that could properly represent our academy and make it easier for people to discover our programs, check schedules, and book training sessions. The initial scope involved website design, development, mobile optimization, class schedules, coach information, program pages, and online trial bookings. The main deliverables included:

1. A fully responsive website designed around Full Contact's identity as a combat sports academy.

2. Dedicated sections covering MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling, and other training programs.

3. An online booking system that allows visitors to register for trial classes directly through the website.

4. Weekly training schedules with information about available classes, timings, and disciplines.

5. Arabic and English language support, along with improved navigation and mobile usability. 6. A visual gallery showcasing the academy, its training environment, and facilities.

What made the project particularly interesting was the additional work Koredyne introduced beyond the conventional website requirements.

Instead of displaying ordinary photographs or a flat floor plan, Koredyne developed an interactive, three-dimensional representation of our training facility. The floor plan recreates the layout of the academy, including the training halls, boxing ring, cardio areas, and other facilities. Visitors can explore the different areas and better understand how the gym is organized before physically visiting. They also incorporated an aerial site view showing the wider complex, giving visitors additional context about the academy's location. It feels closer to exploring an environment in a video game than looking at a traditional gym website. This was an entirely different approach to presenting our facilities and something we had not originally considered.

Another distinctive addition was the way Koredyne presented our coaching team. Rather than creating a standard grid of instructor photographs and biographies, they developed interactive coach cards inspired by character-selection interfaces found in video games. When visitors hover over a coach card, the interaction activates, bringing the selected coach into focus through motion and visual changes. This makes browsing the roster feel more like selecting a character in a game than reading a conventional staff directory. Each card showcases the coach's identity, martial arts specialization, and professional background. The combination of animations, transitions, and interactive behavior gives the roster a much stronger visual presence. This approach was especially fitting for a combat sports academy, where each instructor has a different fighting background and training specialty.

Additional Interactive Features Koredyne also introduced a martial arts recommendation tool that guides visitors through a short series of questions to help them identify a suitable discipline. Custom animations, dynamic class highlights, cinematic visuals, and carefully designed transitions were incorporated throughout the website.

The finished product brought together the practical functions we needed with several creative additions we had not initially requested. What started as a website development project became a much more immersive way for prospective members to discover our academy, explore our facilities, meet our coaches, and book their first training session.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The clearest result was that our new website started bringing in membership enquiries and sign-ups almost every day, even before we began running paid advertisements.

For us, that was an important achievement because we wanted the website to do more than simply showcase the gym. We wanted it to help people take the first step toward joining.

Some of the key outcomes included:

1. New sign-ups on almost a daily basis before launching any paid advertising campaigns.

2. An online trial-class booking system that allows visitors to register directly through the website rather than relying entirely on phone calls or messages.

The biggest change has been the website's ability to generate genuine interest in our classes without depending entirely on advertising.

It has become a practical tool for attracting prospective members, answering common questions, and encouraging people to book their first training session. From the 3D gym layout to the game-style coach interactions, even the smallest features felt carefully thought through. Nothing looked like it came from a standard template.

Working with Koredyne was a straightforward and well-organized experience. From the beginning, they understood that we needed a website that would support our gym's daily operations while also giving potential members a better first impression of Full Contact.

The biggest thing that surprised us about Koredyne was how much thought they put into things we hadn't even asked for.

When we first discussed the project, our expectations were fairly simple. We wanted a good-looking website that would represent our academy professionally and make it easier for people to book classes.

What they ended up creating was something completely different from the usual gym websites we had seen.

The 3D recreation of our facility was a standout feature. They actually modelled the gym's layout and made it interactive, giving visitors the ability to explore our training areas online. It wasn't part of our original requirements, and we were genuinely impressed when they showed us what they had built.

Then there were the coach cards. Instead of displaying ordinary photographs and descriptions, they designed them almost like character profiles in a fighting video game. When you hover over a coach, the card comes to life with animations and interactive effects. It fits our industry perfectly and gives each instructor a much stronger presence.

What impressed us wasn't just how these features looked. It was the fact that Koredyne came up with the concepts themselves, designed them, and had the technical ability to make them work.

1.  8,593 Islamic books incorporated into a structured digital library. 
2. 7.6 million pages of Islamic literature catalogued, with approximately 2.5 million pages made searchable. 
3. 3,188 authors represented in the library. 
4. 3 user-facing platforms developed: a web application, an iOS app, and an Android app. 
5. A locally deployed large language model integrated into the research infrastructure. 
6. A 604-page Qur'an reader implemented with 3 Arabic scripts and word-by-word translation. 
7. Support for all 114 Qur'anic surahs. 
8. 3 document formats supported for AI-assisted analysis: PDF, Word, and Excel.

One of the most important results was having the research engine, source retrieval, and citation verification working together in a single platform. Users can move from asking a question to examining the original reference instead of receiving an answer without supporting evidence. It was good to see the different parts of the system working together, from the research engine to the mobile apps. We could see what was being developed, review the results, and provide input as the different components came together. We didn't need to coordinate several separate development teams.

Given the technical nature of Baseerah, the project required a more flexible approach than a typical software development engagement. We were dealing with a large volume of historical texts, complex AI requirements, and several platforms that needed to work together.

Koredyne organized the work into manageable stages, starting with the underlying research infrastructure before expanding into the web and mobile applications. This allowed us to evaluate each component independently and make adjustments as the product evolved.

Communication was practical and focused on solving problems. When we needed changes to how sources were retrieved, how citations appeared, or how the AI handled certain questions, the team was receptive to the feedback and worked through the technical implications with us.

The local LLM deployment was another area that required careful coordination. Rather than treating it as a straightforward integration, they approached it as an engineering problem involving infrastructure, model performance, and long-term maintainability.

The project progressed through successive development and testing milestones, with the team adapting to new requirements along the way.

What stood out to us was the depth of technical understanding within the team in Kuwait. Finding developers who can build a website or integrate an AI API is one thing. Finding a team comfortable working with language models, local AI infrastructure, large-scale data retrieval, and full product development is considerably harder.

Koredyne demonstrated that they could work beyond existing tools and ready-made solutions. Their ability to deploy LLMs locally, work with millions of pages of source material, and develop the research engine alongside the web, iOS, and Android applications was particularly impressive.

Another aspect we valued was their curiosity. They didn't approach Baseerah as just another software project. They took time to understand why source accuracy, citations, and the structure of Islamic literature mattered to the product.

It was encouraging to find this level of AI engineering capability locally. What made Koredyne different was not one particular technology, but their ability to connect several complex systems into something practical and usable. I'd point anyone working on a technically demanding AI product toward Koredyne, particularly if their project involves large datasets, local language models, or specialized research tools.
