The engagement was structured into two main phases spanning May through December 2025, each combining technical SEO, content optimization, and strategic site restructuring to ensure both immediate impact and long-term scalability.

Site Revamp Launch and SEO- focused on foundational research and implementation to prepare the site for relaunch. This included:

We've seen an increase in website traffic. Since the project is still ongoing, actual results are still unclear. Nonetheless, due to our PPC campaign, we've become visible to companies and people within those companies, to which we wanted to be exposed.

Our annual business review shows that our search visibility has grown by 155%. We've had a 126% increase in non-branded impressions and a 50% increase in tracked keywords in the top 3 Google results. The organic engagement sessions have increased by 133%.

Konstruct Digital communicates very clearly, and expectations are always well set. The team delivers on time or with weekly updates on the status if there are any delays. We primarily use email, Zoom for our weekly touch bases, and Google Drive.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Konstruct Digital has redesigned our entire website and our branding guidelines, including colors, fonts, and the designs of our products, materials, promotional materials, and social media. Basically, they’ve done a brand refresh. Although they did a lot of drafts for other logos, we ended up keeping our old logo. The team has also developed our website using WordPress, including front- and backend development and hosting. 

Konstruct Digital has also designed our product pages. The team is also developing an SEO strategy for the website, which is being tailored to optimize our SEO. They've done in-depth keyword research and given us a lot of feedback on what would work and what wouldn’t. Their team has given us the opportunity to review those keywords internally as well.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been super happy with the quality of Konstruct Digital's work. If we look at it strictly from an analytics perspective, we’ve had significantly more website traffic. In some cases, we’ve gone from zero traffic to hundreds of hits. We’re finally seeing the payoff in terms of increased traffic.

We’ve also received a lot of good customer feedback about how our website looks updated. We’re getting a couple of new leads a week on inquiries for dealers, which is generating continued revenue. Now that we're focusing on the SEO, we expect to see a lot more great results moving forward.

They’ve been very transparent about the timelines and their process, which includes letting us know about potential delays. If I ask multiple times for a hard deadline, they’ve always been able to provide it. They’ve been awesome at meeting deadlines and staying on budget.

Konstruct Digital uses Fathom AI to send meeting recaps for every one of our meetings so that we can see exactly what we talked about. They also send a follow-up email with the action items and next steps. Additionally, they send a weekly update via email. The team also uses Google Drive to share content for us to review.

Our project manager has been awesome. She’s very responsive and has worked on a few things outside of the normal scope of what we discussed. She’s gone above and beyond and answered every question we've had.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The organization of the project has been impressive. There are a lot of moving pieces, but Konstruct Digital has made it very easy for us. They’ve taken our team, which has had limited exposure to digital marketing, and worked with us in a way that makes sense for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be nice if there was a direct way to view the project management software. They send us a really good analytics dashboard, but it would be helpful if we had something like that to view the whole project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Define the scope of the project upfront and clearly so you know exactly what you’re getting. We were trying to sort through the website and the marketing at the same time, but we learned that they were completely separate projects. Approach them a little differently from a planning perspective to get the most out of them. Moreover, be prepared on your end and give them the information they need. The more background and data they have to work with, the more effective they can be.

We've provided them with our previous success, and they've found many opportunities we hadn't thought of before. It's been a good collaboration and combination. They also publish new website pages and optimize current pages.

We work with a project manager, a graphic designer, an SEO director, and a content lead. There's also a partner strategist, and we met him during the initial engagement, but he wasn't involved in the day-to-day.

In the first six months, we've seen increased organic visibility by 485%, share of voice by 222%, and non-branded clicks by 98%, which is the one we've been targeting. We've also seen 166% growth in the top 10 keyword rankings and 266% in the top three.

In the past month, we have 20 keywords in the first place ranking on Google, so that's also really huge. They've also published nearly 30 new website pages with brand-new content and optimized our existing pages.

They tailor their communication to the style that's best for us. They're very good at taking feedback and specific directions on what works best for us. We don't have to change my work style or workflow to fit their agency. We can operate precisely how we want to, and they make it work.

We communicate via Google Drive, Google Docs, email, phone, and Zoom. We can see their Asana board and other digital or design tools like Figma, Canva, and HubSpot.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to give a shout-out to my project manager. She has gone above and beyond to create a status sheet so we always know which projects were at which stage, and together, we've used that to prioritize the order of things we would work on. It isn't necessarily a content calendar but a strategic, prioritized approach based on what they've seen as the highest opportunity for results.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're very accommodating and flexible. They're our preferred digital marketing team right now. We work with 6–10 other agencies and always go to them first.

They could have internal backups since getting to the other teams is problematic if one person can't get to me.

Their organization and processes have led to clear results for our company. We talked to a lot of companies that wanted to create bespoke marketing strategies beyond our stated scope when what we needed was a partner who could be our go-to for advertising. Konstruct has processes for data management, ad optimization, reporting, and I'm sure much more, which built trust immediately and makes me confident that they'll be able to deliver what they say they will.

I can't think of anything right now. Our retainer looks rigid on paper, but they're willing to work with us on the timing of adding in additional scope and it's clear the outcome is worth the additional investment.

Microbix had no focus on SEO and needed experts to guide us in the right direction. Our goals were to maximize our SERP coverage and search traffic ROI, and also capture search leads specifically in the U.S. market due to higher opportunities. The scope of the work is as follows:

• SEO: Konstruct is focused on driving non-branded search traffic to Microbix's website. The team initiated Content SEO analysis (Competitor Keyword research, gap analysis, sitemap research, keyword mapping), Technical SEO audits, Consulted on title and metadata optimizations and implemented a complete website refresh.
• Paid Media Campaign: Drive conversions from paid search traffic, specifically in the USA market. This is a new and ongoing project where Konstruct within a month's time has completed a opportunity analysis within the target market, optimized product pages, set up GMB, recommended a budget and outlined a campaign blueprint.
• Marketing Support: maintenance of the website, creating lead generation strategies, and company collateral.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Development work: Konstruct constant communication, attention to detail and technical expertise on dev tasks has made working with them on several projects feel like a breeze. 

Competitive Analysis: wanting to close the gap between our competitors:

• Microbix is ranking for 201 non-branded keywords with 58 on page 1

SEO: our goal was to increase traffic across landing pages. We saw the following outcomes between the period of Apr 1 - June 30, 2024:

• Our organic engaged sessions increase by 58% from last year
• Seeing continued growth of our tracked keywords, where the Search visibility and Share of Voice has seen an increase of 105% over the reporting period.

Conversions: our goal was to increase non-branded traffic to take action on the site .

• We saw an increase of 200% in users requesting for our company catalogue, and 44% in email link clicks
• Improvement in quality leads through proper implementation of quote forms by Konstruct helped us gain actual Marketing qualified leads.

The digital strategist (Katrine) has consistently set clear objectives, adjusted workload regardless of budgetary restrictions, documented all resources for ease, communicated weekly/monthly depending on project complexity and has gone out of her way to help us out with Paid media issues. The entire team involved, whether it was a Search focus (Joel), or, Site developement work (Jermayne), they've been incredibly supportive through this project. I have encoutered 0 late deliverables since July 2023.

What was impressive is how they are never out of reach. The team has managed to hop on urgent calls over their vacation, or, always had a point of contact to make sure there are no roadblocks. 

Also, each team member I've spoken to has great expertise in the subject they are talking about. It really puts you at ease because you know can truts their recommendations/ proposed strategies. 

There is also a good balance of fun and professional during our calls! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Konstruct Digital could have done differently?

The only areas for improvement I could think of is their expertise/experience working within the life sciences industry. This is fairly new to them (or, it could also be because the products/services our company offers may be a niche), however this has not affected their ability to successfully implement every project I have worked with them on so far. This is also because they have managed to ask the right questions during every briefing call.
