They were thorough in their approach to understanding user needs, seeking user feedback along the way and iterating on design while responding to evolving project needs. They were timely in their deliverables and helped keep the project on track.

Koi Studios showed impressive design skills and quickly met our needs and vision. They're creative, responsive and were able to create an amazing user experience that was key to the success of our tool.

We had a lot of different teams involved in our project, some which are used to more traditional ways of working as opposed to agile. Koi & all of us could've spent a bit more time upfront in recognizing opportunities in ways of working to ensure a more seamless project.
