What specific goals or objectives did you hire Kleinschmidt Inc. to accomplish?

• To migrate each supplier in waves from our system to KLI
• To move our current EDI system from an outdated system to an Icloud base and have Kleinschmidt control all our EDI Traffic
• To supply KLI with our EDI Specifications and flat file layouts for them to write the coding to handle the EDI X12 file as well as create/receive flatfiles to/from us

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Moving our EDI system to an Icloud base system.  Creating a Tracker that we could monitor our inboud/outbound data traffic.  Creating a crosstable to identify and exchange our supplier codes used in our system and not just based on the EDI ID#.  They created the mappings based on our Specifications and created/received flatfiles to/from our ftp servers in the proper formats.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

the outcomes were OUTSTANDING.  We were more than pleased with everything.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

We could not have asked to work with a better team of folks.  They were on time with everything we needed on our end; responded to emails right away.  It was like as if they had set time aside just for us.  We were their focus in every aspect.  When we requested anything (info or even data files), they had them ready in no time at all.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

How well their team worked together.  They kept notes of what was being done and who was working on what so if someone had to fill in for another person, they all knew what was going on.  They were extremely responsive to ALL of our needs.  They were super friendly and a huge pleasure to work with.  We made some great friendships out of this project actually.  They had a great team, and well put together.  They always had a solution when we would run into something unplanned or a special need based on our end of the business.  They never complained but always complied.  

Are there any areas for improvement or something Kleinschmidt Inc. could have done differently?

I honestly can not say anything negative about their company; their team of people; nor the outcome of this project.  Super pleased.
