Klaxon Studio supported the project from initial creative development through to final delivery. The scope included developing the overall concept and messaging, scripting and pre-production planning, filming the main Boostkit content, and managing the full post-production process.

Key deliverables included a primary brand/product film explaining Boostkit and its benefits, a selection of shorter edits for use across social media and digital campaigns, and additional cut-downs suitable for different areas of the website and sales journey.

They also worked with us on the creative direction throughout, helping ensure the final content felt consistent with the Boostkit brand while communicating what can be a relatively complex product in a simple and engaging way.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project gave us a much clearer and more professional way to explain Boostkit to prospective customers. We saw stronger engagement with the new video content across our website and social channels, and the shorter edits gave us significantly more usable content for ongoing campaigns.

It also reduced the amount of explanation needed during early-stage sales conversations, as prospects could understand the platform and its key benefits much more quickly before speaking with us.

From a marketing perspective, the project left us with a reusable library of high-quality video assets rather than a single piece of content, which has allowed us to use the work across multiple campaigns, landing pages and stages of the customer journey.

Project management was excellent throughout. Klaxon kept the process clear and well organised from pre-production through to final delivery, with agreed timelines and regular communication at each stage.

Everything was delivered on time, and they were very responsive whenever we had feedback or needed to make adjustments.

What stood out was how flexible they were, they listened carefully to what we needed, made changes quickly and always focused on finding the best solution rather than simply sticking rigidly to the original brief.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most was their ability to combine strong creative thinking with a clear understanding of the commercial objective.

They weren’t just focused on producing something that looked good, they took the time to understand Boostkit, our audience and what we actually needed the content to achieve.

They also felt much more like an extension of our team than an external supplier, which made the whole process very collaborative and straightforward.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Klaxon Studio could have done differently?

Nothing significant. If anything, we could probably have involved Klaxon slightly earlier in the process, as their input on the creative direction and messaging was valuable beyond just the production itself.

Overall, though, the project was very well managed, and we were extremely happy with both the process and the final output.
