In the US, tea is closely associated with iced formats, functional benefits, and aesthetic rituals — which shaped our strategy.

Strategy
We began with market and competitor analysis to identify effective mechanics in the US tea niche. Based on insights, we defined LOVARE USA’s positioning, communication pillars, and content directions, followed by active hypothesis testing.Key focus areas included positioning LOVARE as more than tea — an aesthetic daily ritual; growing a community through UGC creators and micro-influencers trusted by US audiences; and driving organic reach through trends, popular sounds, and native TikTok formats.
Paid promotion was tested in parallel. Traditional ads underperformed, so we shifted to boosting high-performing organic videos, which felt native and delivered stronger engagement. Seller Center optimization and Affiliate Center testing became key growth drivers.

Our goal was not just to launch TikTok, but to build a distinct content system that:

### SMM Case for GlamBee
GlamBee is a cosmetics brand known for its bold identity and vibrant communication style within the EVA retail chain. Since December 2023, we have been developing and implementing a TikTok strategy focused on helping the brand stand out in the highly competitive beauty segment and strengthen its connection with a young audience.
Instead of simply adapting trends, we focused on creating original formats that could become trends themselves.

One of the key projects was launching the first TikTok mini-series for a cosmetics brand in Ukraine, titled “Like the Younger One.” The series played on nostalgic childhood memories of borrowing a mother’s or older sister’s cosmetics while reimagining this dynamic for a modern audience.
We also launched the first trend dance among cosmetics brands on Ukrainian TikTok and supported it with a giveaway mechanic that encouraged users to recreate the dance and share their own videos online.
Another important direction was thematic live streams with beauty influencers and makeup bloggers, helping strengthen engagement and brand loyalty.
Another standout feature of GlamBee’s TikTok account became macro-content with detailed demonstrations of cosmetics, often by literally breaking products apart. This approach allowed viewers to explore textures and colors up close while increasing engagement and repeat views.

On the visual side, we developed a distinctive style for GlamBee through colorful branded backdrops, hyper-stylized looks, bold accessories, and VFX-based content.
As a result, GlamBee’s TikTok audience grew from 67,500 to 358,670 followers. During the first year of cooperation, the account gained 133,500 new followers, and during the second year — another 136,710 followers.
The project strengthened GlamBee’s positioning on TikTok and established the brand as one of the most recognizable cosmetics brands on Ukrainian TikTok.


### SMM case for Patricia Ledo
Have you ordered the creation of wow-content? We accepted this challenge and are showcasing the results of our work with the cosmetic brand Patricia Ledo — the in-house brand of the Eva store network, which previously had no presence on social media.

But the main and most pleasant thing is the sincere and active feedback from the audience. This indicates that we are moving in the right direction.
Working on the visual componentAesthetic content is a must-have for the beauty industry, but now it won't surprise anyone. That is why we always come up with creative ideas for photos and videos.
Our main task is for the product to be at the centre, while images, surroundings, and ideas only enhance it. Each photo shoot, like the cosmetic product line, has its own story and is transmitted to users.
Unique in our content is not only the brand voice, but also one of the sections where, through video, our character conveys a message or shares insights close to the heart.

### TikTok case for Lukas
Lukas is a Ukrainian company that ranks among the top five largest confectionery manufacturers. We promoted the sweet giant on TikTok and proved that production videos can be interesting.
Followers: from 1,500 to 77K
Project features:

Low TikTok profile activity.
Lack of communication with the audience.
No unique content adapted to TikTok.

Revive the page and resume posting.
Develop an effective TikTok strategy.

Previously, Lukas’ page featured promotional videos unsuitable for TikTok: views did not exceed 400, and the brand posted only up to 10 videos per month.
Since TikTok is built around trends and positive content, we introduced new categories and moved away from direct advertising, focusing on native content.
After the first three videos — two lifestyle formats and one ASMR — views grew from 300–400 to 2,700–8,700.
When views plateaued at around 1,000, we relied on subscribers. By analysing comments, we noticed that consumers had favourite Lukas products, so we started building content around them.
A mix of lifestyle, fan content, and situational videos with beloved products brought +2,000 followers in three months.
To grow further, we sent content creators to Lukas’ production facilities. These videos became the top content, gaining 30,000–40,000 views compared to the usual 4,000. Production videos showing childhood favourites reach 100,000–400,000 views and attract around 1,500 new followers per video.
Contests also played a crucial role. A unique template, clear conditions, and delicious prizes helped Lukas gain 10,000 active followers after the latest contest.
Audience inactivity is now fully resolved: we receive comments daily, interact with subscribers, and create videos based on their requests.
Results:

+30,000 followers in 5 months.

### SMM for «Zolota Forel» by Kiwi Agency
«Zolota Forel» is a therapeutic and entertainment complex in Western Ukraine with a hotel, restaurant, swimming pool, medicinal vats and SPA center.

Tasks:✓ Develop quality content.✓ Launch targeted ads to increase reach.✓ Talk about services and benefits accessibly.✓ Announce events, promotions, contests and special offers.✓ Position the complex as a place for rest, nature, service, entertainment and wellness, where visitors can see trout farming, go fishing and enjoy their catch.
Implementation:From 2015 to 2021, we developed the Facebook page in a corporate style using blue, white and gold. We created engaging photo, video and GIF posts, used a concise style, and launched targeted campaigns.
From 2021, we updated communication: used UGC, seasonal colours, different shot sizes and angles, and refreshed Stories with laconic graphics, new fonts, minimalistic emoji, Polaroid-style templates for “guests” and branded “reviews” templates. We also added interactive and video Stories and minimalist templates to focus on information during the war.
Texts: we updated the TOV, making texts lighter, modern and soulful. We shifted the focus to food “like at home”, trout farming, fishing and vats, and made communication closer to the audience.
Targeting: we launched ads for reach and engagement with different messages by interests, age and location.
Contests: we created contests with prizes from «Zolota Forel» to increase loyalty and collect data through NPS/CSI forms.
Result:✓ Sales growth: the restaurant and hotel are fully booked regardless of the season.✓ Monthly reach: Facebook – 85,626; Instagram – 38,683.✓ ER: Facebook – 12%; Instagram – 3%.


### Dobryk Case: Preparing for the New Year
New Year is the hottest period for brands. Our task was to create New Year content for Dobryk that would stand out in festive feeds, showcase the product, and convey the key idea — inspiring family creativity.
We developed a photoshoot concept for November–January, defined the visual style, selected references, organized the shoot, and combined trends with a warm festive atmosphere.
Preparation started in September. By mid-October, we had approved the concept, created a three-month content plan, defined the required shots, selected studios with early festive props, and integrated the full list of New Year products into the shoot plan.
The shoot was built around coziness, love, and home warmth. Cookies, icing, and sprinkles appeared not just as products, but as part of a story about cooking, taste, and shared emotions.
The concept combined product and food aesthetics — flat lays, textures, cooking processes, modern product presentation — with emotions of home and creativity: family atmosphere, genuine moments, children’s joy, and decorating together.
As a result, we created a festive visual style where celebration, home, and creativity blended with the aesthetics of a modern food brand. We showed that Dobryk is about joy best created together.
We conducted a one-day shoot that covered the brand’s content needs for the entire season.
Results:

73 photos;
16 videos;
a complete New Year content package for three months;
a recognizable festive style filled with home warmth;
versatile content for recipes, DIY projects, reviews, and holiday posts;
a warm story that emphasizes Dobryk = family creativity.

The first posts are already showing strong organic performance: 1,000+ accounts reached and around 200 interactions.


### SMM case for The family farm «Shanychi»
The family farm Shanychi produces fresh eco-eggs for a healthy family diet. The brand was the first farm in Ukraine to open video access to the farm, allowing people to watch the life of hens in real time.

Shanychi approached Kiwi Agency before entering social networks and store shelves. Our goal was to popularize the brand as a premium ecological product and communicate its mission — to make the diet of Ukrainians healthier.
We developed an SMM strategy, visual concept in brand colors, content categories, targeted advertising, contests, and communication with the audience.
Before starting cooperation, the Kiwi Agency team visited the Shanychi farm in Vilshana, Sumy region. We saw all farm processes, met the owner, Oleksandr Strilets, and captured real photo and video content: hens, egg stamping, and packaging.
Based on the brand book, we created a visual profile style, text layouts, Reels, animations, infographics, and graphic layouts for Facebook and Instagram.
To communicate the brand’s values and mission, we introduced regular content sections and Stories: Shanychi Family, Small Farm, From Nest to Table, Our Hens, Farm Wisdom, and Contests and Situational Content.
Advertising was divided into three goals: reach, engagement, and subscriber acquisition. At the first stage, we focused on maximum coverage of the target audience according to sales locations.
Results: we created brand pages from scratch, implemented the SMM strategy, filled the pages with unique content, reached 1 million users through advertising, showed creatives nearly 3 million times, and regularly received positive reviews and comments.


### CASE SMM FOR EVA BEAUTY
Test Dyson products, get a cosmetologist consultation, have a professional styling session, or purchase niche beauty products? This is EVA Beauty — a premium format of EVA stores that breaks traditional beauty content patterns and creates new trends.
Platform: Instagram.
EVA is widely known as a budget-friendly store chain. Our task was to show that EVA Beauty is a completely different experience: premium, niche, original, and fashion-forward.
After analyzing the page, we saw that its online presence did not match the offline format. There was no consistent visual concept, clear communication direction, or strong declaration of the brand’s uniqueness.
Our goals were to differentiate EVA Beauty from the main EVA brand, move away from the “budget-friendly” perception, create a recognizable visual style and ToV, and turn the page into a trendsetter in the beauty community.
For content, we developed unique concepts for each product — from the video idea to the models’ looks. To stand out from competitors, we used models with unconventional appearances, bold styling, and striking beauty looks.
After our approach, the page became stylish, harmonious, product-focused, and more visually recognizable.
The audience responded best to unconventional interactions with cosmetics: crushing, smearing, unusual model poses, and bold looks. This improved performance and positioned EVA Beauty distinctly among competitors.
Tone of voice became another key part of the new image. We wanted every woman to feel like a high-fashion model with EVA Beauty products. The texts speak about beauty, dreams within reach, and confident feminine energy. We address the audience directly as “you,” sometimes use Anglicisms, and give only practical advice.
Results: we implemented the Instagram SMM strategy, created unique content, improved the visual style, developed a distinctive ToV, and helped EVA Beauty strengthen its premium image.


### Krauff SMM Case
Krauff is a brand of kitchenware and accessories for everyday cooking — from knives, frying pans, and pots to compact helpers that make cooking more convenient.
Platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Threads
The team’s goals were to update the SMM strategy with a minimalistic, refined, and premium approach; increase brand awareness; introduce content pillars; boost loyalty and engagement; and grow followers through systematic content.
After analyzing the page, we saw that the visual presentation did not reflect the brand’s premium positioning. Key challenges: UGC videos, overloaded visuals, lack of unified style and navigation, and posts where the main idea was hard to grasp.
We defined the goals: make Krauff recognizable through a cohesive visual identity, launch content pillars that drive reach and saves, and build a clear ToV with a mix of Reels, carousels, photos, and Stories.
At the reference selection stage, we planned the journey from idea to execution: composition, props, lighting, color, editing, and product presentation. To stand out, we focused on creative content with a “pleasant surprise” effect while keeping premium minimalism.

What performed best:

Each shoot takes 7–8 hours and involves an SMM manager, gaffer, content creators, content coordinator, food stylist, models, and a chef. We also use AI for rapid idea testing to amplify the wow effect and show production quality.
