Candidates’ profiles that KINGIT provides are very valuable; however, together with KINGIT, we found solutions to adjust the candidates’ selection stage so that applications can be even more suitable.

We started the cooperation, because we needed Data Engineers, based in Poznan, with solid knowledge of Python and SQL, as well as flawless English. At the beginning, we needed only 2 people, however over time, thanks to KINGIT’s help, we have hired 7 great engineers

In the past, we had collaborated with other recruitment agencies but weren’t fully satisfied with the results. We came across KINGIT when looking for new recruitment partners and, as we had heard good things about the company, we decided to give them a chance.

At first, we were looking to hire 2 Data Engineers. After we signed the contract (which took very little time and was very smooth), we sent KINGIT job description for the position. KINGIT was responsible for the sourcing and the selection of the candidates, as well as the initial verification. Every profile sent by KINGIT consisted of the candidate’s CV and a report that KINGIT’s recruiters prepared based on their call with the candidate. Although, the next stages of the recruitment process were carried our internally, KINGIT was responsible for arranging all the calls and meeting, passing feedback and facilitation the flow of information

In the first round of recruitment, KINGIT provided us with 5 great profiles, 2 of which were eventually hired. The whole process was very quick and smooth, and the quality of the candidates was really high.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to KINGIT, we managed to hire the number of new employees that we needed very quickly. Soon after the first recruitment success, we decided that our company needs more data specialists, so we asked KINGIT to continue searching for new candidates. Since the beginning of the cooperation, we received around 20 high-quality profiles and hired 7 great engineers.

The workflow between our company and KINGIT was very smooth and flawless. KINGIT’s recruiters were always available to us, eager to help in any problematic situation and ready to advise us in case of any doubts. They are very dedicated to their job and have great relationship with their candidates as well.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We really appreciate the reports they send after initially interviewing the candidates. They included vital information such as candidate’s experience, projects, expectations, and availability, and made it much easier to decide which candidates should be invited to an interview. We also really like the constant contact and care that they provided and their support in arranging the meetings.

Not that I know of, the cooperation has always been really successful, as evident by the fact that we keep hiring people through KINGIT to this day (latest hire was made in December 2022)

After sharing the requirements and work conditions with the Kingit team they began their search using their existing database and other recruitment tools. We were in contact with them throughout the process and kept each other updated. We were getting new profiles sent to us regularly and were able to successfully close the processes in less than two months.

There was one main recruiter assigned to each of our projects, who kept us updated on the progress of the process and kept in touch with us via Skype and email. We also had support from other team members at every step. The communication was efficient and fast and Kingit was eager to solve any issues.

For particularly difficult hiring projects we collaborate with KINGIT. They assist us in filling very technical development positions and they give us access to their expansive talent pool in Poland and other countries in Europe that we don't have a strong presence in already. Their business is very similar to ours, but in different geographies, so they are a valuable partner for us to collaborate of staffing projects with.

They have a good track record. We screened and vetted them as a recruitment agency and liked what we saw (and weren't disappointed with the results they provided). They have a defined niche, which is important for any modern recruitment partner.

We've placed full-time, permanent staff within our clients' businesses thanks to the collaboration with KINGIT. The outcome is that our clients now have the resources that they need and we are able to collect our fees for providing them with the dev talent they need.

KingIT's team were also responsible for liaising with candidates throughout the interview process and ensuring that the candidates' questions and concerns were addressed promptly and to their complete satisfaction.

It was our pleasure to work with six of KingIT's delivery and account management professionals. Specific roles and responsibilities may vary but each team member was able to take personal ownership of any issue and competently see it resolved. Their efforts on our behalf were coherent to the point that it didn't matter to us who we were talking to, we knew that we could be absolutely confident that the matter would be seen to by the appropriate team-member.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Ours is a contingency-based industry, meaning that outcomes are not always a good reflection of the quality of the service or the amount of work required to achieve a desired result. That said, it is fair to say that our involvement with KingIT's team easily doubled our ability to satisfy our client's requirements, thanks to their knowledge of their industry niche and their superb execution.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both our companies share a philosophy of doing less with more as well as taking full advantage of the latest tools and thinking. For us, the workflow was absolutely seamless. It was like our own team suddenly expanded with people who knew our processes and who understood the commercial drivers of our activities.

KingIT is a well-oiled machine. Even within our industry, which selects for absolute efficiency of effort and exacting attention to detail, their team operated with a level of professionalism that made us want to up our own game!

Very few. None that come to mind. Our industry does not forgive half-measures or a lessening of pace and KingIT were consistently excellent every step of the way.

We teamed up with Kingit in January. After an effective and quick exchange of emails and calls, our cooperation started. We kept in touch during the whole process that resulted in a recrutement.

Starting from outlining our needs and providing them with the resources needed, Kingit carried out the whole process from A to Z. They sent us rigorously selected candidates to choose from. We had regular calls to ensure our needs were met and that we are mutually understood and updated. During the recruitment process we changed the position that we wanted to hire for to the more leadership one - Kingit stayed flexible and adjusted their methods according to our hiring request. They were great help with the hr consulting when it comes to labor market & salaries analysis.

What was the team composition?

Two IT Recruiters were conducting the recruitment process for us on a daily basis but, when needed, we were also provided with additional help from the rest of their team. The responses from them were quick and they were always ready to call and solve any issues.
