Aura is a full-service office design firm. We work with companies to deliver an office environment that enhances your company culture. I’m the brand ambassador and I write articles about industry trends and workplace psychology and wellness.

For what projects/services did your company hire Kika ?

We hired Kika to create and manage our digital marketing strategy.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase sales and position ourselves as industry experts. We needed an agency that understood our values, but were able to elevate our campaigns beyond our abilities.

How did you select this vendor?

After searching online for local agencies, we found Kika. We decided to work with Kika after a free consultation, where we discussed our goals and expected ROI. Our CEO, Marketing Director and Marketing Manager were involved.

We had a series of discovery meetings to first get to know one another. Kika needed to learn our mission and vision, and our goals working together. We then developed a business plan and a brand platform. These were instrumental in managing the rest of our projects, such as marketing strategies for content, email, social, SEO and PPC.

What was the team composition?

We've worked very closely with everyone on the Kika team as they are very personable. However, we usually have one point of contact, which is their marketing manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen ROI very quickly. We have received some large sales since working with Kika. We also have increased brand awareness as a result of SEO, social media, and PPC advertising.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The entire Kika team is very responsive. We felt comfortable reaching out for clarification and changes. We have monthly meetings going over the previous month's performance, and discovery meetings when starting a new project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We are very pleased with the work Kika has done for our company. They are efficient, reliable and extremely knowledgeable about marketing. They have researched our industry very well, and it shows with their work.
